We made our booking after our flight had been cancelled. We were welcomed by Simon who looked after us well. The room was excellent, beautifully decorated and had good facilities.

We did not ask for a quiet room, as mentioned above. However the ONLY criticism of the room was the fan/flue directly outside the window which was quite noisy, especially when we opened the window.

Super large room. Excellent shower. Good heating and hot water. Fresh milk for tea! Breakfast served until 11am with plenty of choice and good quality.

It's a pub. Great pub but a pub. That's why I can't give a 10 but as a pub the accomodation is 10.

Great value comfortable pub with 6 rooms. Spotless, recently refurb’d superior room, excellent food both at dinner and breakfast served by very friendly staff. Butcombe beer was very pleasant. Off-street parking readily available though presumably more difficult if checking in during busy pub opening hours.

It’s on a main road so some traffic noise at rush hours if your room is at the front. Smoke alarm in the kitchen overly sensitive as it kept going off during dinner prep. Reassuring it works and no doubt easily fixed, if a little annoying.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, Matt the assistant manager was excellent.

Room was excellent. Dinner was excellent, bar area was very busy, nice atmosphere. Breakfast was nice quality. Staff were nice and friendly. Will stay again, ideal stopover for the airport.

Only slight disappointment was at breakfast the server forgotten part of our order. The server was very apologetic, mistakes happen from time to time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was warm, well decorated and spacious. Quite a wait for dinner due to staff shortages but this was explained before we ordered. Breakfast was fantastic.

This inn is very cozy and located very close to Bristol Airport. The room was clean and prepared with good amenities

There only 2 things which I didn`t appreciate at this accommodation - 1: noise during late evening in the inn`s bar/restaurant which can easily be heard in the rooms upstairs and 2: if you need to leave early in the morning there is no way to have a to go breakfast but you are still charged (I paid around 30 pounds breakfast for 2 persons and they could give me some croissants to go only)

as soon as you walk in you feel welcome - the place is cosy and stylish. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Simon the manager even though we checked in late due to a flight delay! Cracking find - will 100% be our place of choice when this way! breakfast fab with great service! cannot recommend enough

Generally very good, bright clean room with new bathroom. Good food, if a tad pricey.

Breakfast not served until 8 am, by which time we had to leave.
