small rooms , no air condition, not good value of the money, long walk

Good location and staff were very nice and helpful

Everything was great.

Location, easily accessible by car, free parking, close to the main pedesttian street, beach etc.

On top floor room was quite hot and had no air. A/C was loud and if tou opened the window the noise from the main street close-by was well heard.

On my stay they were missing administrator on reception, on my arrival doors was locked. I had to call administration which is a bit disappointment with no local mobile operator. Some of facilities did not work. The hotel close to the train railway which mean a bit noisy. But there was a lot of good things also. Not so far from train station, form beach and main attractions. The staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast exceptional :), my room was very nice, sunny, clean and quiet (except train noise) which stopped at night time.

Insted informing me by email that administrator is missing. Before my arrival you could sent the door code to my email, or call in advance. Not everyone has a local mobile operator, or my phone battery could be off, etc. Air conditioner remote did not work.

I like location,not to far from sea side promenade

I don't like that in room was very cold in winter time when outside temperature was minus 7 digrees. Don't working central heating.And in toilet not was toilet paper.

Breakfast was really amazing, variety of choice. Location great. Very nice staff! In the room the trains are not hearable, but cars from the road a little.

The sound proof is not the best, can hear neighbours talking. Channels on TV are very limited - no channels to watch Euro 2020 final on.

Very good location - near the railway station, close to center, close to beach! Clean and cosy room. Very polite and helpfull staff.

Very nice staff. Everything was clean. Location excellent. Breakfast was very nice. Omlet was one of the best I ate in my life.

Door slamming, showering and other loud sounds from neighbours is very well heard. (Train sound didn't bother me as i live near railstation myself, but for some it might be a problem.) Water smelled bad, but I asume it's the same in all Jurmala city. Also I think that 95 € was too much for a standart double room per night. 60 € would be max I'd pay next time.

Perfect breakfast!

A simple but comfortable room with cooking possibility. The reception was closed, but the contact person - a girl was very helpful. Restaurant was closed due to COVID restrictions. The location is good, but no food shops in a close proximity. Walking distance to the beach!

Beside of minor things like lights going on and off and TV channels not showing properly I was badly bitten by BED BUGS during my stay. I was on self-isolation in this hotel due to the COVID-restrictions, didn't visit anybody and nobody was visiting me. Dermatologist confirmed an allergic reaction to bug's bites. I informed the hotel and was told that the disinfection company was called and has done the necessary. I kindly asked the hotel to reimburse the costs due to this incident to cover damages (medical, treatment etc.), but was refused this. I was offered a free dinner in the hotel restaurant once it is open again or a free event room. Since I don't live in Latvia I can not make use of this. I didn't receive even an apology from the hotel management not talking about any reimbursement for damages. Such an attitude is absolutely unacceptable, therefore I strongly discourage you from booking this hotel.

Location is great-right next to train station Dzintari and close to main attractions of Jurmala - beach, Jomas street, Jurmala museum, Mežaparks etc. Even if it was winter season and no receptionist on site, we got our keys easily. Room was clean and comfy and we could adjust room temperature for our liking. Due to Covid-19 related restrictions breakfast couldn't happen as usual. But we got breakfast delivered to our room so in the end it was even better - breakfast in bed on Sunday morning! :)

Very good price, polite staff, excelent breakfast. Room was pretty standart & simple, but has everything you need.
