Bed was comfortable and the room was big enough.

It was very cold when we arrived. Also, there is not enough light in the room.

A no nonsense hotel. Quiet. Practical. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful

Indications to find the parking lot of the hotel

As a family, we can’t find many hotels which offer family accommodation so this hotel was great for this. The beds were comfortable too.

Cleanliness was not up to scratch and bins not emptied or used towels removed in the three days we stayed but cleaners did promptly start on our departure day before we had checked out!

We got trapped in the car park for over a hour as we had dropped our key off that had the car park barrier code on it. Could there be some kind of reminder somewhere to remember the exit code? It was Sunday morning and we called the hotel many many times but no answer. Thankfully another guest shouted the code to us. Apart from that great rooms.
