Very clean, new hotel right on the beach. The rooms were cleaned carefully, everything was done according to the first requirement. Wide beach, clean, liveguard everywhere.

Very nice location and the hotel looks beautiful. Breakfast was good and the caffe con leche was great at the bar. Beds comfortable and the rooms spacious and clean

La Pineda is dead in April. Go to Salou instead if you're flying to Reus. Regarding the hotel - useless and fake empathy stuff.

Staff was very flexible and friendly. Modern and nice rooms. Good breakfast.

Shower in bathroom was not perfect clean but this was the only negative remark we have. All the rest is very positive.

Everything first rate for our needs Victpr and the staff very helpful and polite.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location is perfect as it is basically on the beach. the room was superb. I upgraded to a premium room. well worth the extra money. the standard of food and drink was excellent. I was on full board and every meal was high quality food and excellent service.

The room towels need replacing as although clean and plentiful they are no longer white and look tired. The crockery could go with replacing too. but I’m being very picky. I will definitely be booking this hotel again and would highly recommend it

Excellent location in front of the beach! We really enjoyed our stay! It's perfect for a couple because is very romantic and the sunrise is awesome from our room. The room is very comfortable and private.

The airecondition should be stronger. But it was not a big deal.

Good location on the beach but not much else, staff and amenities (and the size of rooms!) should be improved for it to be a real 4 stars. Breakfast was of good quality, with plenty of choice.

Rather cold welcome from staff upon arrival, not much willingness to help. Noone was available to help out with luggage. Only street parking available. Standard rooms are too small for a couple, and so are double beds (not really big enough for two adults)

due to its location hotel can be perfect place for holiday stay but there are many imperfections: for example cheap towels which is not good soak water, personal in restaurant mostly not speak english. Not good washed dishes in general, and one day when we order wine personal bring glasses, and one of them has lipstick traces. Fish and seafood meals not tasty.

This hotel is right on the beach so it was fabulous to be able to just step outside and be on the sand! The beach is extremely clean, the water was glorious! The staff were very very helpful and happy to have us there - apparently we were the first Canadians - and I hope not the last because we really enjoyed the hotel - it was very clean, it felt new and spacious and airy and even the sweet housekeeper on our floor was happy to see us. The buffet had a very large selection and it looked all very fresh so we were always able to find some thing to have. Even the drink prices were very reasonable! We liked this place, this location and these people so much we decided to stay one more day!!!

We had an issue with the shower drain when we arrived but I was able to fix it myself. It was a bit off putting to have to clean it but I mentioned it to the front desk and they were very apologetic. The wait time for checking in etc was very long, I would suggest maybe having a second person there at check in times if possible. The elevator was very slow and wonky (If you pressed the button after someone else, it would ignore your request. - this may be how it was programmed for Covid reasons?)

It is close to the beach, easy to walk near shops and restaurants. Reception has a well functioning air condition. Room was okay. We liked that we could extend our check out time for a 20€ fee.

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The food in the restaurant was okay, but not very good. There was only one lift, which meant some waiting time when it was busy.

Good location, good food, helpful personnel

Location is great. It was great being right by the beach so access to the sea was easy. We had a big balcony and we were grateful for the extra space. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nice hotel with nice facilities. Food was ok, not haute cuisine but for the price.... Lots of options for breakfast and dinner. Would return happily.

Great location just in front of the beach, the food is great and served 3 times a day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There is a restaurant with live music from Friday to Sunday and it might get a little loud at night.

En general todo

I loved the fact you can walk out of the door straight onto the beach. we stayed for just one night, but found the hotel and staff to be excellent. The room was spacious, the aircon worked well, the terrace had a large sun bed and a sea view. there is a small amount of external parking for large vehicles, although I opted to park the Crafter on the road.
