pas assez de prises pour charger les appareils. la vue depuis notre chambre n'était pas belle. Service bagagerie compliquée car pas d'ascenseur entre le parking et le hall d'hôtel. petit déjeuner correct mais machine à café pas performante.

So loud all night with music opposite the hotel. The water came out black in the sink. We were told this was normal and nothing was done. The room wasn’t ready for a family, we had to ask for sheets and towels for the fold out bed. The window in the room wouldn’t close properly and lock to the outside, staff again said this was normal and nothing was done.

Everything about this hotel was great. It's round the corner from the main train station and very close to the old town. The room I stayed in was large and the facilities were great. Would recommend.

The location was excellent .The reception staff were friendly.The water fountains on each floor and glass carafes in the room are a great idea ,cutting down on plastic waste.

The hall light wasn't working,but to be fair we were offered the option of another room.

A lot of noise from people in the park opposite the hotel. Until 2 in in the morning. The hotel needs anti- noise windows !!!
