Emplacement au top

L’emplacement +++ quartier hyper sympas et animé mais l’hôtel reste dans une ruelle calme. Arrêt de vaporreto à 5 min vraiment pratique !

Aucun membre du personnel (à part la femme de chambre), ni à l’arrivé ni au départ.. Heureusement qu’un couple qui était arriver avant on appeler l’hôtel pour nous ouvrir.. après vous avez votre clef (chambre + entrée hôtel) avec votre nom et numéro de chambre et vous êtes en total autonomie.. vaut mieux qu’ils vous arrivent rien.. Pas assez de papier toilette (pas réapprovisionner après le ménage). Porte de chambre très fine donc on entend tout mais pas dérangeant plus que ça (si bon sommeil)

La cena incluida era buena.

Pésima la atención del personal. Había leído que otras personas habían tenido problemas para realizar el check in, ya que no había personal en el hotel, por lo que me contacté previamente con ellos para evitar problemas. Me aseguraron que no habría ningún problema, pero al llegar al hotel, efectivamente no había nadie que abriera. Escribí al contacto que tenía y no me respondieron. Después de aproximadamente una hora esperando (además estaba lloviendo), una persona del aseo me abrió y me entregó las llaves de la habitación. Durante las 2 noches que pasé ahí, nunca vi personal en la recepción.

Hotel fantasma

La ubicación

Es como un hotel fantasma, no he llegado a ver al personal en recepción ninguno de los tres días que estuvimos. Gracias a que cuando llegamos estaba la mujer de la limpieza que nos pudo dar las llaves, tuvimos que ir al restaurante donde te incluye la cena el último día para dar nuestra documentación a la camarera que hizo una foto. Restaurante que ni si quiera están los dueños del hotel 🤷‍♀️ Pude hablar un día con la dueña por teléfono y como no me entendía terminó colgándome. El aire acondicionado muy bien en la pared pero no había mando que pedí y nunca llegó… pero menos mal que hay calefacción y no pasas frío, eso sí, no para de sonar aire y agua en toda la noche. Tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico y gel porque solo había un papel y el gel de la ducha a parte de estar aguado tenía toda la parte de abajo negro que estaba asqueroso…

Zimmer für den Preis ok aber keine Ansprechperson und kein Internet!

Preis-Leistung für das Zimmer war ok!! Alles relativ schnell erreichbar!!

Bei Fragen/Schlüssel niemand erreichbar! Wählt man die angegebene Tel.Nr. meldet sich niemand da nicht anwesend. Amwesend war nur die Reinigungsdame die kein Englisch spricht!! Auch keine Internetverbing ein absolutes NOgo!!!!!!

The location was not in the high traffic tourist area, so it was pretty quiet. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Ponte Rialto and about 10-15 minutes more to Piazza San Marco. The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to arrange for a taxi for 5:30 am Sunday morning, and the staff assisted us, ensuring we made our early morning flight. A good place to stay if you are only looking for a bed to sleep in and expect to eat all your meals in restaurants and cafes.

This is really a no frills hotel. The front desk is rarely staffed, and the room and bathroom were quite small. There was no telephone or coffee maker in the room. The number of outlets was minimal (one on each side of the bed and one in the bathroom).

Location is good.

Worst experience ever in Venice. We booked this stay for our parents anniversary because we liked the location and the rooms look based on the photos they have on booking and on their website. We even contacted the hotel that the booking is for a special occasion and we asked for specific rooms. Note that the booking was made several months before the stay. And guess what… Our parents were accommodated in a smaller room with almost no light which was not even closer to any of their rooms you can see during the reservation and any available photos. We were very upset with the situation and called booking support but guess what the hotel didn’t respond anything. Request was made by booking for a room change with no result of course. What we got was just 10% refund but that’s nothing compared with the whole experience. If we knew that something like this is going to happen we would go for another hotel. Just avoid staying here!

Location was ok.

Very small room. Broken furniture. Unhygenic bed. Bad bathroom. Not close to value for money. No kettle , Tea Bag, etc in room.

Not bad

The location is close to the train station (10 minutes of walking), it's in a great spot, it's quiet but also near the main alley of restaurants. Pleasant welcoming and clean property. I can't say it was cheap, Venice seems to be expensive, but it was cheaper than most other places and therefore the value for the money was good enough.

It was early spring and there was some heating but I would like 2-3 degrees more. No big deal but inconvenient. The shower can't accommodate fat people ( wasn't the case for me but worth to mention )

Pleasant

Location was good and easily accessible. Staff were helpful.

Room size was very small. Wash basin was in the bedroom itself. Shower was very uncomfortable.

Small and modest but location is great and the staff is too !

Very nice location, the staff were very helpful and we could leave our luggage for free during our last day.

Quite a small room with only one electric socket, didn’t match the photos.

Lovely property

The property was very central, clean and comfortable. the staff were very lovely and accommodating.

At about 8am someone started vacuuming outside our room which was unpleasant.

In my opinion, best place to stay in the city.

Everything was perfect. Great location: close to the main train station and walking distance to main square sof the city. Great service: free breakfast, free wifi, coffee machine in the room. Best bang for your buck from what I've seen. Been there twice. Still love it!

Honestly, nothing much. For me, it was all perfect. The room can be a bit small if you go for the cheapest option but even then, the room is very practical and you get everything you need.

Bad experience

Perfect locaton.

It was extremely loud and dirty. Photos of a room and a room didn't meet expectation. We asked about changing rooms because the first one was just near the front desc but new one was loud too. You can see photos of room's quality. It was really expensive for room like this.

pleasant stay if you're mostly going to be outside.

The location is lovely, very convenient and quiet. The shower and facilities are fine and the staff is very sweet and helpful.

I've stayed here in the past and the first time our room was nice. This time my room was ground floor level and quite dark, and I couldn't open the windows because of the smokers outside on street.

High price for a small dated room, no extras included, do not recommend

No curtains, no way to block light out No fridge No complimentary slippers, tooth paste, tooth brush, Image did not match room given Can hear everything in reception and room next door No remote to turn on ac for heating. Not told how to use. TV very small - size of a computer monitor Room very dated, paint coming off wall, wardrobe falling apart and noisy, chandelier look like will fall, dull colours

Brilliant location and cannot fault.

My & my partner thought location was great! Just tucked down a side street off one of the main routes. No noise at night. We had a 2 bed apartment which was decent size, clean and cleaned regularly. Was a bit dated but literally cannot complain.

Nice staff, Sweet room, 15 minutes to San Marco, 5 minutes to vaporetto. Definitely recommending.

Excellent choice for Venice on a budget, in an excellent location!

Perfect hotel for an affordable stay in the magical city of Venice, with a very welcoming, friendly staff. The room was small, but clean and had a great functioning air condition. The bed was not the most comfy, but we made friends after a few nights. Location is just perfect, being in a small street away form the hustle and bustle of tourism, but still very close to all the interesting sites. The walk from the hotel to San Marco is beautiful and very well-marked, making it very easy to find your way thru the city. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area too, within just 5 min walk!

Wi-fi connection was super unstable. I was supposed to teach a few online classes during my stay, which was made impossible, due to the internet dropping randomly all the time.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Half-way to both main vaporetto lines and a 10 minute-walk to the railway station.

Mostly the room, and the staff. We asked for a refund because we had to spend the first night in a room that was clearly of lower standard than that we had payed for (we booked a room with table, in this room there was no table, instead the sink was in the room next to the bed.) We did not get an answer to this. Our request for an invoice was likewise denied, even though we had payed via credit card in advance. We did not feel at ease with the fire escape routes as the windows were protected by bars (barred windows). In case of fire at the reception, how could you get out? There was no second exit visible.

Good location, great staff and good value for money

Super friendly staff, clean, good location and was what we were expecting, small room and facilities but had expected that based on the description and was still very comfortable. Had air conditioner and there were restaurants, fruit shop and supermarket all close by

Best priced rooms in venice with good location.

Very good place to stay considering the pricing, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is good aswell. The nearest waterbus station is like 5 minutes away aswell.

Comfortable, quiet, perfect for rest, stylish, kind and welcoming host. Nice neighbourhood, beautiful and not as crowded with tourists as the main tourist spots
