We got in at 1am because our flight was delayed by 5 hours and they made it incredibly easy to check in! The location was perfect for exploring ponta delgada and there is a place nearby to park your car for very cheap if needed. The cafe downstairs was convenient and very yummy. The room was incredible and cleaned every day. This was such an amazing place to stay, I highly recommend!

The unit is very spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen was prepared with all utensils we required. There is also a maid that comes to clean the room while we were out for the day. I was not sure which room we were going to receive as the booking had a few pictures of different rooms. We got a room on the first floor and i was hoping we were going to have a room with a balcony. Overall still a great place to stay and I would highly recommend

We were amazed by the amount of space the room has due to the high ceilings. It was such a lovely place to come back to and relax in after a busy day. The room was equipped with utensils suitable for cooking and the room was cleaned every day, which we were very thankful for! It felt like a very safe and secure place to stay. The cafe downstairs has lovely food and the building isn’t far from a beautiful walk along the sea front. It wasn’t loud outside at night and the bed was very comfortable. We recommend visiting the Wine bar that’s just outside the apartment. Would definitely recommend this room and we are looking forward to visit and stay in it again!

Very central location. Great for walking all over the historic town. Easy check in. Great cafe downstairs with lovely staff. Comfortable bed. High ceilings. Two very noisy clubs across the street! One club (after hours) until 8:30 am!

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment, simple, modern design and comfortable. Everything was in great condition and everyone was helpful and accomodating for any questions and requests I had. Location was perfect, close to great restaurants and easy to get to wherever I wanted to

We came to Sao Miguel island for a week stay. This newly remodeled boutique hotel was in the best location for exploring the old city center. Our host was available via What’s App text and checked in with us regularly. The room was bright and clean. The night life can be a bit noisy but the window shutters kept the noise outside. We loved the island and spent three full days in small tours with ANC Tours. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The apartment is very clean and beautiful. High ceilings, great attention to detail. A little noisy with street sounds, but with windows closed and a white noise app on the phone you could sleep in (we slept till 10am one day as it was so dark with the shutters closed!) The cafeteria downstairs is excellent and the value all around was excellent. We hope to come back!

The interiors are beautiful and our room was comfortable. The only drawbacks are the street noise, the parking situation and the bright street lights. We stayed overnight in Ponta Delgada to catch an early morning flight, so this place seemed like a nice option over the more corporate hotels of similar quality. The hotel itself is beautiful. You enter from a door next to the cafe. You feel like you are in a museum or gallery as the walls are pure white set off by the wood flooring. You can either get to your room by the modern lift or the staircase. The room has a modern bathroom with a walk in shower and tile/stone on the walls & floors. Good lighting and space in the bathroom as well. You get a bar of soap and there is liquid soap in a dispenser at the sink and shower gel in a dispenser in the shower. There is plentiful storage for clothes, & bags in the small vestibule and there is a massive door that seals the vestibule/bath area from the bedroom. The bedroom has a bed with side tables & lamps, one sitting chair with ottoman (a second chair would be nice). There is also a small table with 4 chairs. Two french windows facing the pedestrian street with a view of other buildings. They both have a juliet balcony so you have a semi-outdoor space. The windows have shutters and curtains. There is also a kitchenette with a hotplate, fridge and sink with glassware, plates and silverware. A nespresso machine with pods as well as sugar, cream and tea. The overall feeling of the design is peaceful and pleasant. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you wear earplugs as there is noise from the outside. If light bothers your sleeping, the shutters don't completely block it out. If you have a car, like we did, there is parking up the hill but you have to pay for it and you must make sure you have coins for the machines. I know some hotels manage to have reserved parking spots in these parking zones, perhaps they can attempt to get some for this hotel?

We've had a very nice stay in Ponta Delgada. The Apartment is a beautiful old-building in the middle of the old city with a cozy atmosphere. Everything seems new and is pretty clean. The contact to the renter was uncomplicated and friendly. Downstairs is a nice café which is definitely worth a visit. We highly recommend this accommodation - especially to couples.

This hotel was really the perfect place for our visit! We would definitely come back!
