The staff are the definition of top customer service! Very welcoming amd approachable. Always willing to help and go the extra mile, we were able to leave our stuff at the hotel but still make use of all the facilities since there were showers and toilets for us to use even after we checked out our room as our flight was late evening! Overall great experience and made it very memorable for us.

The hot tub could have been bigger as it was only fit for one person. The beds could have been an actual double bed rather than two singles pushed together.

The location, grounds and staff were wonderful. Check-in was easy, the staff were so helpful. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was lovely. Perissa/Perivolos is the best place to stay on Santorini. More relaxed, great food and drink, lots nearby. The hotel had a connection with a restaurant that provided free sunbeds and had great food. Rented an ATV in town to sightsee around the island. Parking was free. Shuttles were not free but was affordable and arranged through the hotel and the service was great. Would absolutely stay again!

Rooms were a little dated but bed was comfortable, bathroom was large and air conditioning was perfect.

Very nice property with pool! Nice decor. Very close to black sand beach! Towels provided everyday and room cleaned daily.

Bedsheets not changed daily, understandable. But when noticeably dirty they should be changed. not just turned inside out. Had to tell front desk to change them out since cleaning lady would not!

The staff were super helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels each day. The pool area is pretty, peaceful and plenty of loungers. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and the bars / cafes and restaurants.

It was a shame the rooms were not equip with crockery/Cutlery to enable us to make up breakfasts/lunches. There is a kettle and fridge but not much else in the kitchen.

Everything was perfect. Location is veeeery close to the beach. The room was perfect for us and big enough, with a nice walk-in shower. We had everything we needed, it was very clean. I would give 5 stars to all the people working there, everybody is very nice and helpful, from the reception, to the bar, to the cleaning staff. Don't hesitate to ask for help if needed, they are amazing.

The staff is awesome, they’re always glad to help you in every single moment of the day and also during the night with Margaret on the reception. I asked for a toast at 4 am and she did it to me, I think she is the best there.

My pillow was good but could be better!

Quaint grounds..loved all of the fresh flowers decorated throughout and it felt safe and quiet on the grounds. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were all friendly and eager to help..would definitely stay here again!

Room was quite small but not that important as we didn't spend much time there...the ac was pretty weak, worked just well enough but can't imagine it working well on a warmer summer day then we had...breakfast didn't seem to be a priority, was told 8am for toast and juice and it wasn't set up at 8:15am when I went.

The room was spacious, well decorated, well airconditioned and had a fridge in it. The hotel had a lovely pool which wasn't crowded. It was also well located for the beach and delicious restaurants.

A few more utensils in the kitchen like plates and knives and forks in order to prepare lunch.

Everything was excellent, the staff were super helpful. Pool was very big, the room was very spacious with a lovely terrace. And it is 1 min walk away from the main seaside walk that will take you all the way along the beach.

There was no option for breakfast, but you could buy some coffee/drinks at the pool bar; but you can get a breakfast at any of the restaurants along the beach.

Fantastic hotel with terrific location. I wish i would of stayed longer! Staff greeted us at midnight because our flight was delayed. She was super friendly and outgoing. Would 100% recommend this place. Right down the road is many bars and restaurants right on the beach. Pool was great as well!

Lovely boutique style hotel with a nice pool in a quiet location very close to the centre of main stretch of Perissa and Perivolos beach.

Super relaxed and friendly hotel. The staff are so lovely and the pool area has a lovely vibe. Nothing is too much trouble. Free laptop and printer. Arranged quad hire for us, provided iron. Great location, best restaurants are to the right of the hotel. We stayed in the Ecomony Room and a Deluxe Room and the differences were: deluxe was bigger, had cupboards, first floor balcony and window in bathroom. Economy was sunken but still very bright, more modern, bigger fridge, had a terrace with table and chairs, and overall the Ecomony was absolutely perfect for us.

The staff was amazing, the location couldn’t have gotten any better and the room was comfortable. If you are a beach goer, this location couldn’t have been any closer. We also recommend Dodo’s beach club if you are looking for an affordable place to eat and drink on the beach!

Well, everyone at Smaragdi went above and beyond for us. Everything started when our flight was delayed and we couldn't contact the car rental company. We sent a message to Smaragdi explaining the delay and they called the car rental company on our behalf and made sure everything was alright. When we reached the hotel late in the night, 3am, there was a lovely staff person there to welcome us and thoroughly explained all the details about the hotel and our stay, how to check out, what was included, etc... I don't remember the name of the girl that welcomed us so apologies, but Marietta Demartinou was the one answering the Booking.com messages and we can't thank you enough for this! The hotel is absurdly stylish, Santorini style. The rooms were incredible (later, after checking out, we discovered we were upgraded to a better room! Thanks yet again for this!), the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! It is also very close to the beautiful black beaches from Santorini! There are no bad things to say about this hotel and the people that run it! Usually, I'm not one to leave reviews for every stay, but those that awes us also deserve our best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
