You just have to stay here if visiting Vis. The hosts are just the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met, they organised a boat tour for me, there’s free bikes to use and they were just always willing to have a chat and provide recommendations. The breakfast was just delicious, and being able to sit outside and eat it in the garden area was just the best start to the day. And the rooms were just so big and comfortable I really didn’t want to leave.

The property was incredibly charming from the rooms and private balconies to the communal outside lounging space. The owners were also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful regarding what to do and where to eat off- season. The breakfast was also top notch with a huge variety of food, which was all really high quality and delicious. We would definitely go back.

San Giorgio is really worth the title of "boutique" hotel. Very nicely appointed rooms, extra friendly staff and owners, great restaurant and breakfast.

Of course there is a lot to discover on the island of Vis. Still I woud have appreciated some cosy corners in a garden or terrace to unwind, spend an afternoon reading, just relax.

We were told to be in paradise and that has been true. Will come back for honeymoon. Beautiful setup, perfect staff and comfortable room. 100% recommended.

Lovely property with great staff! Hotel is located in the historic part of the town and some 15min walk to the port side. We really enjoyed the breakfast, cosy room and the garden. We can warmly recommend this property.

Quiet. Clean. Spacious room. (Rukavac, room #2.) Husband and wife proprietors could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The structure is gorgeous with its white stone architecture. The hotel’s Boccadoro restaurant was excellent. We were there for three nights. On the first full day, Mrs. arranged a taxi (Taxi Cliff 👍) to drive us to Teplus Beach where we swam and sunbathed and would have eaten lunch had the Diamond Beach restaurant not been full over several hours). Taxi Cliff (Ivan) returned to pick us up on short notice. 💙 The next day, Mrs or Mr arranged a private boat with skipper (#Forte_Boat_Excursions_Vis on IG) to take us to see the Green Cave (we’d already seen the Blue Cave from Split) and to swim in various lovely and quiet coves. We also stopped for lunch at #budikovac and it was delicious. We enjoyed our time on Vis very much.

Something happened with the AC on the last night but the outside air was cool enough (after thunderstorms) to open the windows. And there were no mosquitoes so no problem.
