Good value for money

Hotel clean and well located very good continental and hot breakfast included in a very competitive price, restraunt staff very friendly and attentive.

Room was great everything we needed, shower needed sorting, had to hold shower head in hand whilst trying to apply shower gel, very dirty and mouldy.

Always enjoyed this property. The location and views are great. The beds are comfortable. The apartments very clean and suit your basic needs.

Breakfast choice has been better at this property. They seem to have reduced the options but it was adequate. Staff have always been great here but in this occasion the lady receptionist was not good and has gone on to call me a liar and threatened me. Thankfully I have evidence of her very poor attitude and will be sending an appropriate email to the Hotel Directors. This person should not be in public service. Not once did I raise my voice or use poor language but I have never experienced anyone like this person .

Really nice location and price. Balcony with good view. Kitchen and a supermarket basically in the hotel.

No air conditioning, not even for extra payment. Repetitive breakfast with really limmited options. Window shades that didnt hold and made unpleasant noise.

A favourite place

Claudia gave me a great welcome and a great room. Juana in the breakfast room just lovely. I hope to be back again soon. A terrific location the walk to the beach always an adventure and the pool is a refreshing experience after the walk back from the beach.

The apartment. Superb. Aramis at Reception especially friendly and helpful.

A small quibble. The cooked parts of the breakfast seemed a bit dried up. But restaurant staff extremely friendly and polite.

Very good

The apartment had everything we needed. Staff were all lovely. The pool was a nicely sheltered place to be when it was too windy to go to the beach. From the 5th floor we had a view of the sea and the sand dunes. The dunes viewing point and promenade are right by the hotel. It's about a 15 min walk to the main Playa del Ingles beachfront area - this turned out to be good though as there are lots of really nice restaurants near the apartment on Av. de Tirajana without touts. We didn't even go to the beach (except for a walk one day) as it was too windy, so where we were was good!

Apart from 3 days of torrential rain my other 9 days were excellent

After the first night in a room I didn’t like I was given another room. No more complaints after that. My holiday was as a holiday should be. Relaxing and peaceful. Staff were great especially Artemis at reception. He arranged my switch of rooms.

Clean, comfortable apartment in great location.

Friendly staff, comfortable clean apartment, nice balcony with table and 3 chairs, good buffet breakfast. small supermarket very close by. Great housekeeping. Lovely quiet pool area, with sun beds, umbrellas and lifeguard. Location excellent for walks to main beach around 10 mins walk. Cita Centre 5 mins walk, Yumbo Centre 10 mins walk.

Some apartments still need to be refurbished, These ones are starting to look tatty. However, even these are adequate for a short break. No air conditioning or fans in rooms.

the location was great, supermarket just next door. the views & the balcony had the sun all afternoon. the staff were lovely and friendly & went out of their way to help.

Nice apartment house close to the dunes

The building is located close to the dunes, at good location. The pool area is lower than the street level, it is comfortable even in windy weather. The room and the common areas were clean. All staff was very kind, helpful. There is a HyperDino shop in the same building. Exceptionally good value for money.

The breakfast was OK but there was no vegan option. The bad taste of tap water affected the tea. The mattress covers made the beds uncomfortable, noisy when moving. There were no shading, only the blinds.

Unsure about the hotel at the beginning, happy at the end ... thanks

The housekeeping was very good. The breakfast had variety and the offer on the buffet was regularly kept full. Pool area was also good & clean.

The room (506) was showing signs of age ... in need of some TLC, but compensated a little by the good housekeeping. One mattress (twin beds) was soft, the other hard ! It was a pity that the entrance on Av. Tirajana was not open. Reception did not open until 10.00 on the day we left (everyday ??) so difficult to obtain our key deposit for the room safe ... fortunately we had time and other staff helped us out.... but early departure would have been a problem ... no sign at reception concerning opening hours.
