Such charming and cozy hotel, the owners are so welcoming and wonderful, it is like staying with freinds,the details here are very thoughtful and beautiful, the breakfast was great in the morning, I loved my stay here and highly recommended, the location is in the middle of the center and everything is just 10 min walk maximum even the train station, would definitely book next time I am there.

The rooms were furnished and appointed like they were just for you, very cosy with lots of pillows, knick knacks, artwork with very comfortable furnishings. You can see by the detail of the rooms that the owners are really proud of their hotel, and it shows in everything that the do. The breakfast was just amazing, with a very large variety of pastries, meat, cheese, juices and more. They do not skimp on anything. This was by far the best breakfast that we had on our 28 day trip thru Italy. The hosts were cheerful and helpful, willing to help you with anything that would make your stay in Assisi great. So nice after our stays at other hotels with off site managers and packaged breakfast food.

Nothing could have been better. I just wish that we could have stayed longer.

Grace the manager was so patient since our Italian wasn’t great and they had a great breakfas.

No air conditioning so beginning of the night it was hot but by the morning it was fine as long as you leave the windows open.

Excellent breakfast

Everything was perfect. The room was amazing. Location was great but what really made this more than we could have imagined were the owners. They are truly exceptional people. We had an issue with parking and the husband walked with us all the way back to our vehicle and then drove it for us to the right parking area. We weren't aware that the Calendimaggio di Assisi festival was going on but he got us behind the scenes and explained what the festival was all about. I wish we had booked a longer stay because everything was so great.

Hotel owners were friendly, helpful and considerate of our lack of their language. The room was lovely and the continental breakfasts were wonderful. Fabulous location.

My partner and I stayed a night here and it was the most charming place during our time in Italy. The woman who runs the establishment is incredibly friendly and kind (though we were unable to communicate since we didn't speak Italian very well). Despite this the host was kind enough to help us get a taxi to the train station and explain where to find the areas of interest in the city. The hotel itself is in a prime location to see all of Assisi and is across the road from a lovely café. The room was spacious, cutely decorated, clean, and the bathroom was roomy enough that two people can be in there easily.

It was a little cold at night and we couldn't get the heater to function, not sure if that was operator error or if it was broken.

Charming bed and breakfast! The room truly felt like home away from home. The owners were very accommodating and tried their best to communicate with us in broken English (and myself in broken Italian!). We had to catch an early train, which worried the owner's wife that we didn't take breakfast, so she packed us a bag full of pastries for our trip to Rome! I felt like they were family to me honestly.

The owners were friendly and very welcoming and the hotel was perfectly placed near the centre of beautiful Assisi. Breakfast was good.

The location was good but very noisy, the Teatro next door was being renovated and stone cutting by machine started at 0800 every morning with workers turning up well before that time. Surprisingly, the narrow street outside was busy from 0530 with delivery and other vehicles. We found that for us, the beds were very soft. The WiFi never seemed to work but we had a 4G signal so it didn’t matter to us and we didn’t complain.

I realise that parking in hilltop towns is always problematic. However the property advertised as having parking available but infact this was public parking outside the city walls at extra cost. They do not have a porter service and just stopping in front of the hotel to offload or load luggage was extremely challenging as it caused a traffic jam.

Very friendly family write next to the square in Assisi. Location was perfect and breakfast was great. Also, it was an adorable setting! We felt very welcome and comfortable!

It was great

Everything was great!! We were greeted by the Vincenzo (the Owner). He showed us around the hotel and gave us information about the whereabouts. He even managed to get us passes for us so we would be able to attend for an event that was happening(as we were there during the feast of St Francis) which was very nice of him to do so. Breakfast was wonderful to and he kept topping my coffee also.....and that was bonus points :) Will be going back for sure.
