Lovely location, cool place

It was a very nice clean hotel and location, beautiful clean beach, interesting area when I explored. Excellent for exercising. Also, the kitchen and building was beautiful and clean. Very beautiful intelligent helpful receptionists as well :D Portugal is a beautiful country with an excellent underlying infrastructure in that area.

Dudes that shared the room was an Indian dude that snored louder than a lion's roar. They had a sleep apnea machine, then another dude came in and snored just as loud if not louder. He was there my entire stay XC. They snored and stayed there the entire week I was there XO. Snorers should have their own room. Like never has sleeping at a hostel been so uncomfortable. When I mentioned it, they said they didn't have any extra rooms (which was true because a bunch of kids came in from a school and had the rooms). While passable, the rooms can be exponentially improved for cheap by making a few small changes. It was hard to sleep. Also, most hostels usually have privacy curtains around each of the beds, this one did not. Consequently, people can watch you while you sleep. Also, each of the beds did not have plugs, so you had to find one and plug your electronics in out of view and other people could take them if they wanted. Another issue that I found was that the hostel was lacking is that usually each of the beds in hostels usually have personal wall mounted mini tables and personal lamps inside them to hold personal items. This hostel did not. The curtains prevent the lamp lights from being seen by the other beds. Also, they could be a bit more organized with the locker keys, because they didn't know which keys went with which locker. They should develop a labelling system for this.

Room was very clean, large open space. Bedroom was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Ideal location, close to everything.

the room was a good size, but that is only because i decided to book a room with a bathroom and balcony, which i higly recommend, more privacy and space, the shower had a good power to it, the bed was super comfortable one of the best beds i have slept in,

I did not like the fact the main gate was broken, that left me feeling anxious in terms of sercurity, when i first arrived at the hostel a lady with curly hair afro, seemed bored and just done a brief check in, showed us to our room,which was 302 second floor and gave us keys nothing else, the toilet brush was one of the worst things i have seen in my life full of rust, like to be fair the amount of money this place must earn a toilrt brush is something that should be in good condition, i once asked for towels and the lady left me standing there without confirming if she was going to get the towles or if i should wait, (same lady with frizzy hair afro, but there was another lady with black brownish hair that did sort of tell her to say something and be more polite, i did not get her name but thank you very much, i think she was a manager, sat on the table with a laptop, The check in was not even basic is was just heres your keys and bye bye, no information in the services, what can we use and what we cannot use, i only just found out that you could have free coffee till 10am but none of these things were mentioned when we checked in, it was my first time staying in a hostel and probably the last time as well, i would suggest more training to the staff as alot of things were missed out, channels are only 1 to 5 all in Portuguese, the dogs are constantly barking i did not mind it as much but i am sure other people might

I stayed there with my family. during my stay I found everything was more than i expected. clean room very good service. easy access to any thing needed. parking site. very friendly staff. hope to choose again for my next visit to costa da caparica. hope to see julia again the Cat live in next door. she love to see visitors and my daughter missing her.

its already very good, it was not season but if they can just clean outside surroundings and in night time someone available for assistance would be excellent.

The employees are very friendly and helpfull, the shared bathroom/kitchen and all it's facilities are amazing. Every day roomservice changed the sheets and towels, very good value for money!

Only one thing, the matress... Two single matresses put together to make a double bed usually don't work that well, but in this case you could even feel the springs inside the matress pushing in some places... Extremely happy with our stay overall, but the matress was not comfortable at all.

Carlotta was wonderful at the front office. She was always smiling and willing to meet the guests and share a meal. The facilities are incredibly well designed, modern and clean. The cleaning ladies do the whole building every day, and even replace the towels often - services that I would have only expected from a hotel. The rooms are at the right temperature, the bathroom is super spacious and the kitchen and lobby areas are new and super comfortable.

It didn't bother me in particular, but I noticed there are no individual power sockets in the bedroom (only one for 8 guests) nor individual nighttime light, which is always handy if someone wants to read without bothering the other roommates.
