staff was very friendly

we were astonished that our rooms were all in the new building - we had somehow expected from the photos to stay in the older part (with differently / individually decorated rooms).

Stairs at main entrance cumbersome for a baby trolley. street facing rooms very loud at night, poor sound isolation.

Problem with air cobdition

The check in process was fast and easy. The staff greeting was nice and exceptional. Leeloo was amazing. She help me with finding restaurants, adding an additional day to my stay and currency exchange location. Her english was exceptional and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The water downstairs in the greeting area was nice feature.

The bathroom was too small for a very tall person like myself.

Great room with a terrace to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee.

Excellent modern style hotel with probably one of the best bathrooms for the price. In town so walkable, Parking in a underground lot pay extra but ok and reasonable. Comfortable and recommend

the staff was amazing. very helpful with all my questions. large room but very small bathroom. I am very tall so I needed more room.

need a Best Western Logo on the front of the hotel.

The staff was excellent, I left our passports and money in the room safe and called after we checked out to ask about it. They checked and retrieved my property and it was waiting for me when I came back an hour later. They were very helpful, to say the least.
