Really nice breakfast, good location in the middle of the village. Big rum with balcony and bathroom. Recommend the stay

Nice hotel in great location but it was a hard ride up the hill on my bike after a long day. Good size room and bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast. Lady serving breakfast was very pleasant.
Although I booked an attic room I was given a different room without a view and a noisy kitchen extractor outside the window. This didn't get switched off until 1am, so I couldn't sleep with the window open.

The property is close to the bus stop, the breakfast in the nearby building was good, check in staff did his job enthusiastically.

Superb breakfast and very good location. Close to restaurants, shops and ski bus.
We did not like that there was a carpet in the room.

Typical Austrian old tradition chalet style. Good friendly atmosphere
There was only one pillow and a hard headboard, maybe that’s me being picky.

Breakfast was amazing. Restaurant was super.
Staff was very professional.
TV didn't work. Wifi pass wasn't provided.
Grown-ups messing around and creating a lot of noise at late hours were upsetting.

A well equipped and large room, with a decent sized balcony, an incredible view, in a breathtaking location, and all for an honest price.
Food was also decent.
Service including check in, dinner and room cleaning could use some improvement.

Great room with lots of space; nice breakfast with delicious coffee; gasthof is perfectly located in the mountains and close to the cable car with Lauserland as the perfect spot for children to play; really enjoyed our stay!
The second room has no window covering which makes it more difficult to sleep in summertime

Large pleasant comfortable room in adjacent building. Large shower room, Balcony with furniture looking out to beautiful mountain view. Bed was very comfortable. The parking was easy and adjacent to the accommodation. We had a pleasant dinner of typical Austrian food in the old stube in the gasthof. Extensive breakfast in building next door to gasthof.

The person who was at the check in was very unfriendly. He just gave as paper to sign and showed us the room. Only then we noticed he had left a key on a table at the reception not bothering to tell us it was our key. The guy at Pizza Messner, the restaurant, behaved as we where a nuisance and I never ate in a place with so many flies in my life!

Room, location and restaurant are very good and the bar is a meeting place for English speakers.
A blind on the skylight in the room would be welcome as the room gets light in the morning.

I appreciated being able to get a single room at your hotel. It was the attic room. It was good in many ways but since I am 1.88m tall I bumped my head too much until I learned to duck!!!

Comfortable room with lots of space and very tasty breakfast. We ate in the restaurant too and the food was delicious with a good range for both vegan and vegetarian
