Gorgeous views, very friendly staff, great facilities (pool, sauna, gym)

Good view, room clean, dinner is good.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. They greet you by the name and remember how you like your coffee in the morning.

Rooms looked and felt a bit dated which is not a big deal whatsoever.

The view is amazing , if you would like to see beautiful nature , it is good choice .Breakfast was good with different choices , pool is good -maybe could be hotter - . Bed was comfortable and room was clean .Hotel restaurant was good also , there were a few dishes but typical from region.

When we arrived , room was extremely cold . Radiator was not working. When i was asking to reception , they told me that it will be opened automatically after 6 pm .So from approximately 10 am till 6 pm radiator is not working . Sauna is little bit small then i was expecting .

Staff was amazing, breakfast and views excellent, dinner wonderful, room, quiet and comfortable. Pool is beautiful. Fireplace started every night in the bar before dinner.

It's a bit of a hike from the bus stop uphill and wine was a bit expensive.

Amazing view! Had a room with a huge balcony overlooking the mountains and valleys. It's almost surreal how amazing it looks! Nice staff, good start for some hikes.

We had issues with getting warm water to the shower. Room hasn't been used for some days we were told so each time we wanted to shower it took several minutes for the warm water to arrive. And the markings for hot and cold are switched... If you want to use the pool, be aware that there are not a lot of lounge chairs there. If there is already another family with kids there, it's practically impossible to use the pool area. Restaurant is ok, but quite expensive.

The hotel is located most probably on the best location in St. Leonard. The view of the room was amazing. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and ready to help. We felt like home. My wife requested vegetarian dishes instead of the standard meals and it was arranged without issues. If we go back to the area, we would definitely stay there again!

Very good position in the heart of Val Passiria, tactical point to visit the Tessa group natural park and the whole beautiful valley. Good breakfast and relaxing swimming pool. Good E-bike service! Highly recommended.

Slightly dirty room and somewhat dated structure. Find some cobwebs, perhaps due to the covid period. Not enough parking for all cars. Absence of air conditioner.
