Nice quiet village

Very simple accomodation. Window facing a ''patio'' With all the airconditioning units.....so not possible to have windows open. Noisy if crowded. Slamming doors.

Have not received door enter pin and that why have problems with check in.

The room is located in center, but anyways it was still really peaceful place to stay. The staff was really friendly. The room was clean and there is also air condition. We came by car and were able to parked it nearby at public parking spot for free. There was a lot of books about Mallorca in the common space in Hostal. Sun lotions and hair dryer were availible for free. There was also small refrigerator in the room.

We were missing additional shelf or chair in the bathroom to put things off.

Good location...simple rooms but clean and comfortable. Good aircon. Great showers and water pressure.

Firmer pillows required.

Not really a dislike but a note to guests that might have mobility issues; steep staircase up to the property :)

Good breakfast. Nice Spanish-Italian lady who took care of breakfast, cleaning, etc. Ergonomic rooms.

We had the room closest to the common area and reception so it was very noisy.

The location is not the best if you want to travel by public transport, you have to take one bus and one train.

The location of course is unbeatable to be so close to the center of the village and whether you are in Alaro to hike some of the Tramuntana or eat at one of the restaurants in the village or just get away from Palma it is a good spot. Margarita was undoubtedly the loveliest and friendliest host and so facilitating and kind which made our stay wonderful knowing she was "there". Breakfast was simple but had everything that one actually needs to start their day and nothing further was required. Marga I felt went out of her way to accommodate each of us every day. We appreciated the little fridge in our room. Thank you.

We felt we needed somewhere to hang our wet towels after a shower, whether it was a hot towel rack in the bathroom itself or a separate towel rail outside of the bathroom. The towels never dried so getting out of the shower and using a damp towel wasn't great. We chose to re-use towels daily even though I am sure Marga would have washed our towels daily if we had requested. Our mattress probably needs to be either changed or stiffened up as we found ourselves rolling in toward the centre of the bed without trying ha ha ha
