Excellent choix pour un séjour de haute qualité dans un environnement de rêve

La beauté du site naturel et des installations dans la nature, le décor paysagé, les informations botaniques sur les arbres et plantes, la piscine, la qualité du restaurant du petit déjeuner au dîner, le personnel et le service attentifs.

Great rooms and food, good stay place for leisure

Spacious big hygienic rooms..great place to enjoy the rains from balcony..nice view with farm animals around so kids enjoyed..food was very tasty with good spread

As large number of groups coming in, the restaurant is a bit small in size..maybe they could open another restaurant to accommodate or expand the same..also as much as rooms are clean, outside and premises of property is not that clean..restaurant, indoor play area and garden needs to be better maintained..wifi is weak, but for leisure that’s fine can do without it amongst nature..too many steps and slopes for senior citizens so need to be careful while walking in rains..lastly, approach to dapoli has become bad in rains, may improve post that

Breakfast and dinner was good. But room size for 3persons was not good as I have accomodated any how.

Ok for One time stay..

The location is perfect. Amazing staff. very helpful. Specially mentioned, Ravindra from Restaurants, was very polite, and helpful. Vipin from SPA. very professional.

first and foremost, They don't accept Amex cards. Additionally, We booked a Mangnolian cottage - a King-sized bed has two small Matrices, very uncomfortable. AC remote and TV remote were useless due to weak battery. They don't serve beer at Pool Cafe. food is also average.

Idyllic resort in a remote location

Liked the cottages and spread out feel of the resort. Really liked that they are pet and animal friendly with turkeys, cats etc roaming around freely.

The ac in the bedroom was too noisy. The beds were too low and too soft.

It is good for couple of days.

location was good and staff was very friendly. Rooms were ok.

Food needs to be improved. There was very less variety on Non veg food . Fish & Prawns were not served.

comfortable & relaxing.

The spread was good, but the hotel is no good for a non-vegetarian visitor. The choice & the portion size is extremely poor & not up to the mark of the hotel, considering the hotel is in a area were fish is a staple diet.

A must visit place for comfort holidays

Overall it was superb property with superb staff. Well maintained and in the lap of nature. Excellent food and great options. The team on ground kept guests busy with activities throughout the day.

Everything was good just drinks were expensive the alcohol ones.

It was a nice, relaxed and enjoyable stay

Cottages were nice, spacious, clean and well designed

Some of the equipment in the cottage were not working like the mini bar fridge was making too much of noise, the electric kettle was not working, there were no coffee glasses, should keep minimum of 4 water bottles. The water heater in the bathroom was not effective.

parking gets full when the hotel is fully booked. there should be some possibility for car wash, since the region is full of dust. breakfast taste was okay.

Good clean resort at Dapoli

nice property, little off the grid, good courteous staff and take good care of guest.

since the resort is located outside the town, all food and drinks need to be taken at the hotel restaurant.

Great location. Excellent food. Courteous staff.

Spa scheduling was a big let down. Even after scheduling appointments a day before, they simply considered walk in guests in the same time slot and requested us to reschedule. We then cancelled our appointments at the spa, they clearly don't have any respect for appointments.

Very good

Nice quiet property located on a hill overlooking the ocean. The rooms are located in cottages (2 per cottage) and are reasonably sized and appointed. They all have a nice sit out area with a view of the ocean. The restaurant has a decent selection of local and international cuisine. The food is relatively reasonably priced considering the type of hotel.

The property is quite spread out which in most cases is a good thing but, if you are travelling with elder people or someone with restricted mobility it might be a bit of a challenge to move around.

Serene , calm , enjoyable getaway surrounded by nature.

we enjoyed our family trip at Fern Samali Dapoli . the location is beautiful , surrounded by nature and clouds . staff is courteous and the resort is well maintained . breakfast spread was decent with good variety. restaurant staff was attentive to our needs .

everything was as per our expectations.

Superb

Amazing views and food,ice bucket, glasses and umbrella were complementary. Club activities were amazing, different evening performances were icing on the cake.

Bfast buffet spread could be revised with more items. All in all good experience, no complaints.

Overall it was a good experience

The resort's primary advantage is its location.

We inquired about the availability of a ball while we were in the pool. We were told that we would need to buy it. It was extremely disappointing. Visitors come here from a great distance. The distance by road from Mumbai to this location is not that great. These minor requirements should be met by the property.
