The furniture is all quite old, there were twin beds of different heights, mould in the shower and we had to clean the toilet and floors when we arrived. The management was informed immediately and they did not respond until the next day. They offered to send out someone to clean but we had already done it obviously. They did not so much as acknowledge my email never mind apologize. They sent someone out anyway and she just looked around and I told her the problem and she left. I'm not sure if we were expected to bring our own bedding - I didn't notice if it said so on the site or if this is just common knowledge - but the bedding that is there is very basic and no towels. The couch is very hard and uncomfortable

The woman at the office put through the charge on my card and decided alone to have it go through in my country's currency instead of euro which was the other option. She did not ask me which I wanted. I lost a lot of money because my card was linked to euros where the exchange rate was much much lower than what the bank charged me because of her. When I brought this to her attention, asking why she didn't ask me she had the gall to say that I should have told her up front. First of all, I didn't know what she was doing as this charging of the card was not done in front of me. Second of all, it would have taken her all of 3 seconds to turnaround and ask me. Her arrogance in this matter soured my stay to some extent and cost me money unnecessarily.

Enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful zone . The swimming pool is not to big but perfect for my daughter and from the large balcony I could see her. On arrival check-in was easy. The appartment was clean enough, with all one needs. Staff very helpful. Definetly go again.

Great 2 week stay. Location 5 min walk to beach. Easy check in procedure. Great large balcony. Restaurants all around. Supermarkets close. Nice 20 min walk to Roses. Facilities good. I would return.
