Bella esperienza

Lo staff era accogliente e presente. La stanza (303) aveva un balconcino, era pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve, anche se non enorme. Il bagno, seppure piccolo, era dotato di tutti i servizi. C'era la possibilità di cenare in albergo e la colazione era varia e gradevole. Nel complesso, è aderente alle descrizione che avevo trovato su Booking; leggendo le recensioni mi ero fatta aspettative più basse di quanto ho trovato in realtà.

Unico neo, l'asciugacapelli è un tubo come quelli che si trovano in piscine e palestre, con i capelli lunghi ci vuole parecchio (ma poco male!)

screaming “caposala” lady at breakfast. Made the best looking breakfast feel deeply uncomfortable.

The staff was helpful, location and parking option was acceptable. Breakfast was flush

The main traffic oprtion is the local bus, but this was the only one among the hotels who did not sell ticket for it. The bathroom was intorelably small.

amazing breakfast

the breakfast is very good, have everything of a continental breakfast. it’s close to the bus stop, if you, like me are going to take the bus after arriving by train in La spezia station.

the only thing I didn’t like was the toilet window that is very big and in front of the way out of the elevator, so it’s quite difficult to have privacy while you’re inside the toilet

Very much lacking basics

Nice renovated reception and restaurant, beautiful location and a fantastic breakfast selection every morning. Close to little local beach, restaurants and a bus stop if you need to go anywhere. Incredible lady that managed breakfast and reception in the mornings.

Hotel is lacking a lot of necessary basics, even for the lower-priced hotels. Room just overall very drab and outdated. No hot or even warm water available if you try to shower any time after 7am - in 5 days being there I managed to catch warm water once, the rest of the time had to do with just cold, no matter the time of day. In my particular room some sort of unpleasant smell that I couldn't identify, so had to keep windows open at all times to try and get rid of it. I was put in a room on the north side with no sun at any time of the day, so it was fairly cool, which would have been nice, except there is also nowhere to dry your things, so my beach towels, bikinis and clothes ended up dump the whole time I was there. Pretty sure my stay promised a tv - there was none, just cables handing off the walls. Not an issue for me as I wouldn't use TV anyways, but might matter for some. No night light, so in the evening had to switch on lights in the bathroom and keep the door slightly open into the room if I wanted to not be in the dark or not have bright lights on all day. Most importantly, I felt very unsafe after staff tried to open my door as I was changing to try and check in another person into my room. After I opened the door, the same lady that checked me in was very surprised to see me. I didn't receive any apologies, she just asked "is this your room?!" and then walked away. Thankfully there was a latch on the inside, but if I had forgotten to lock it, a man would have walked into the room as I was changing. Extremely unsafe for solo travelers, especially females. Overall, I would suggest this hotel only if you know you can go without some basics the whole time or on a very tight budget.

No hot water in showers.

There was no hot water for showers. Stuff told us to keep hot water running for 20 minutes, still it was only warmer for 2 minutes.

More than satisfied

Great localisation in a non tourist small village. Typical Italian breakfast and friendly staff. Especially the owner. Super calm, and 3 minutes far away from the fishing harbor.

Amazing time!

The hotel was overbooked, but by the time we arrived the staff already had a solution ready - they moved us to another place, overlooking the marina, the view was absolutely gorgeous. I regret not writing down the name of the lovely host at Le Grazie, who took care of the changes and drove us to the other hotel in her private car. and the host at the new place, Mateo, was fabulous! Grazie moltó for making our stay unforgettable!

Pleasant

Good location

We had to change room during the stay and the family had to be split up into two rooms. First room had mold in the bathroom but the two other rooms were better. Very friendly and helpful staff.
