The keys were left for us in the front door as the cleaner was staying close by to us.
After the cleaner issues, we were quite settled by the second day.
The owner gave us back some money for the inconvenience which was good of him.
Quite peaceful, the dog which was around the property was like a guard dog for us so we treated it like our own.
It kept away other dogs.
I would stay again if assured that it would be cleaned with 'fresh' bedding on.
The rooms were not cleaned, issues with the cleaner getting the date wrong apparently.
When making up the beds the cleaner used the dirty bedding used by the previous occupiers, my wife noticed this and requested for new bedding.
No gas left in the bottle for cooking.
Bins were full of rubbish.
BBQ was left in a mess too, so never used it.
I had told the owner regarding the above issues and I am sure that they will be resolved for other parties staying there.

Very nice place to stay, the cottage was beautiful and have almost everything like washing machine, microwave.
No daily cleaning. The water from for shower is not strong enough.

Comfortable home as shown in the photos, with extra blankets, equipped kitchen and washing machine. Near to the national park and easy drive to Pak Chong town centre.

It is difficult to find. Look out for soi 3 when you are arriving at Khaoyai valley

The main door was a bit difficult to be locked and unlock at first

Location was good. Owner provided good driving direction to the cottage. Key collection and return was easy. WiFI was good.
The cottage could have been cleaner. The window ledges were dirty. Front yard and back yard dirty and untidy. The entire place needs a new coat of paint. Ants crawling on the kitchen walls and the back yard. A lot of clutter in the house that belonged to the owner. Electrical appliances such as electric kettle plates were dirty with unwanted buildup. Did not provide the following items : Tissue boxes, handwash liquid and hair conditioner.

Its was a single house, looking much better on the inside then from the outside. Great place, very spacious. Feels like coming home.
Bit remote but if u have a car then no problem.
check utilities please, few not working (in the kitchen)

The location was great. It's located very closed to the main cafes and restaurants. I love the cleanliness of this place and the host also provide us a lot of things. The most important thing is this place is cost-efficiency!
We traveled during long weekend, so we had surrounded by a lot of tourists that stayed in other Villa and they made such a sound. Couldn't sleep well.

The “village” is in the Center of Khao Yai so the location is good and convenient, but the surroundings are not that pleasant

House very comfy and big for a 6 ppl family.
Well the house needs care. Air-compressors are super noisy and probably need a check. Water in the kitchen is difficult to use unless you want to take a shower while you wash the dishes. One sleeping room was actually used as store of paintings, golf equipment and other things without considering that guests who pays the rental fee would prefer to have a clean sleeping room and not sleeping in a store room. The garden is dirty of garbage from previous guests (idiots the previous guests but also the owner not caring to clean it for the next guests) It is a pity such a precious house is left without care. I would return happily there but I would suggest the owner to get the good people to take care of his/her property if he/her love it.

Nice quiet location. House was not too big and it had an overall cozy feeling. Nice kitchen and nice shower. Host was reachable and responsive, and we had no major issues during our stay. Enjoyable short getaway with friends.
There was a leak in the bathroom, which made the floor wet the whole time, but we were not too bothered. No views of the surrounding mountains or fields. And gates were not completely closed off; if we brought our dogs, they could escape.
