Nice owners. Sweet old house. Comfortable bed
Too pricey for what it was.
Close quarters with other guests.
Could not use the beautiful front porch as it shows in ads. No good outside space to use.

It was a continental breakfast but there was lots of choice available on a self-service basis. Cold and hot cereal, yogurt, variety of breads for toast, coffee, variety of teas, juice, milk and fresh fruit. The kitchen is part of a common room which was comfortable well appointed.
They have a hot tub outside which was a lovely thing to take advantage of.
Our room was small so not a lot of room to move around but the common room was just outside our bedroom so very easy to relax, read and have a snack.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of the 3 village area where I grew up. Rebecca and Andrew were friendly and accommodating and really made this feel like a home away from home. Everything was clean and spotless and the breakfast and food was great.

Rebecca is very nice . All is clear . The place is very close to the sea . It’s really a happy thin to have a cup of coffee on the veranda in a raining day .

The comfort of the room although it is a tight space to place things.
Old home from exterior look. Main Street car passing noise you hear is a bit loud, but bearable. Will easily miss turning into the uphill 40 some degrees short slope then turn into the tight resident parking space at night time. Need to watch out as car from behind drive fast while you suddenly slow down turning into the inn at night time on a single lane. I think tree/bush in the entrance affects the visibility to see the inn.

Lovely room. Nice bathroom. Nice breakfast . Very relaxed. Loved chatting with our hosts. Close to downtown. Lovely walks into town down tree-lined streets full of historic homes. Loved the book of sea poems in my rooms.

The breakfast was good. Basically it's self serve continental breakfast. The kitchen is open to so you can grab a snack at anytime. Rooms were comfortable with everything we needed for a quiet evening. Location was perfect as well, very close to everything.
I'm not going to lie, the bathroom was very small. But the house is very old as well so that's to be expected, but still not my favorite part.

We were in the area for our son’s graduation from Stonybrook. This is one of the best Inns we have stayed in. It had a lot of character, was nicely appointed, was very clean and the inn keepers / owners could not have been more friendly and accommodating. It is walkable to quaint shops and restaurants in Port Jeff. It was convenient to Stonybrook campus. We enjoyed the hot tub! We would stay again without any reservation!

The owners were in contact with us the whole time. We were greeted as we drove up. Given a tour and made comfortable. The inn was so clean and welcoming. It was located in the perfect spot. We enjoyed our night in town and breakfast at the inn the next morning. Such a great experience. It was the most relaxed I have been since last March ( plus the beautiful claw foot tub made my day!) So glad we found you! We will be back

How nicely I was greeted upon arrival along with the upgrade that was provided by the host. Besides, I've traveled for many years on business and this was the first time that I stayed at a bed and breakfast facility, It was very clean and the accommodations and breakfast were very good.
The available parking, but in fairness it was a residence and the owners would need to have more property to be able to provide this upgrade. Also, the side streets surrounding the house were very narrow so in all likelihood this wouldn't be feasible.
