About this house rental
The guarded beach is just steps away! Walk off the patio and onto the beach. This oversized luxury unit features two master suites both with walk out decks and cable TV. Well maintained with many upgrades including newer flooring and bathrooms. All of the amenities such as central air, wifi, a large paved patio with umbrella & table, lounge chairs in addition to 3 beachfront decks and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker & garbage disposal. There is a large stainless grill, private outdoor shower, garage and washer/dryer. Lots of beach views! A short walk to 63rd Street brings you to a large playground, tennis courts, skate park, and many restaurants and retail outlets such as Acme, CVS, pizza, arcade, a liquor store & bar. This is a side-by-side duplex. The ground floor of this home has an entryway and garage access via the entry way. Outside, there is a private enclosed shower with hot water, the washer and dryer are in the garage area. There is a fully fenced patio with a grill, dining table and chairs, access to the beach, foot wash and lounge chairs. There is also access to the front decks via the patio. Up one flight of stairs from the entryway are 3 of the 4 bedrooms (a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and TV, a master en-suite bedroom with TV and sliding glass doors leading to covered deck with chairs. Also on this floor is a hall bath with shower and tub. The next level is the main open concept living floor with kitchen, powder room, large dining table, 2 sofas, 2 large stuffed leather chairs and access to a deck with dining table. On the top floor is the second master bedroom with access to a private deck and spectacular views! High Chair available upon request. While tenants are responsible for cleaning the unit (sweeping, wiping, emptying trash, etc, unless choosing the additional cleaning fee of $250), we hire a service between each tenant who will ensure that the house is cleaned and disinfected for every guest.

Location, location, location. Listing should have mentioned 4x flights of stairs. Grill didn't work! Seat broken out of one of the deck chairs. Overall good stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in sea isle. The views and space this townhome exceeded our expectations. Only negative would be the queen beds were very uncomfortable. Hoping for new mattresses by next year and we will be repeat guests happily!

Great location! Our family enjoyed everything about the trip except for the lack of air conditioning in the bunk bed room. If we had known we could have brought a fan. We will definitely stay here again.

Need some cooking items. Griddle, better pots. Turned eggs brown. Location perfect. Concerned that the living sliding door was broken when we arrived. So we were never able to secure the house when we went out. Rest of the doors were secured.

Wonderful experience. Ocean views are stellar and the back gate opens right to the beach access. Well appointed kitchen. Woke up every morning with ocean views from the master bed. Jakob, the owner was quick to respond to any of our questions and very helpful.

The views from this home were outstanding. I cannot express how wonderful the sunrise is and how clean the beaches are. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy access to a grocery store for anything you may need. We did have a few issues with the home but the response time was extremely quick. A little frustrating that we had to deal with repairs/issues while away on vacation but they were handled immediately. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you may need to make a meal. The home was very clean when we arrived, and the ease of booking was very easy. Enjoyed our week for sure.

Views of the beach and sunrise spectacular! Our place was very nice - surface clean but could use a deep clearning (shampoo rugs and blinds). Smelled musty at first, but that disappated as the week went on with opening windows and use. Garbage and recyclables had been sitting for some time - once we put that to the curb - the garage smelled much better!
Would stay there again!

My family and I enjoyed our week at sea island city immensely. We were very lucky and had great weather. The location was perfect for us. We look forward to doing it again. Jacob was always available to answer any questions we had promptly.

We absolutely love Sea Isle city and the location and views were wonderful! We felt that the property itself was a little tired and needed some updating and maintenance. We were also surprised and a little disappointed that beach tags were not included. There also wasn’t much in the way of beach chairs umbrella etc. This has not been our experience over the years so we did not come as prepared.. Thankfully no beach Checkers we’re around all week. Weather was incredible!

The place is nicely maintained and furnished, including the kitchen, and there is adequate parking. We had our 20th Women's Weekend there and it was a stunner with way better than expected weather.
Note in the fine print, you have to bring your own linens and bedding, which is tricky when people are flying in. And cleaning service is not included so be prepared to scrub toilets and run the vacuum. Also, from the ground to the top bedroom is three flights up. That was only clear from the reviews, not so easy to discern from the property description. And finally, fine-print-wise, there was a separate lease to be signed, outside the VRBO app purchase, and this along with the physical keys required for access (no lock box or code access), required snail-mail both prior to the trip and after to return the keys.
The trash can situation was a bit tricky as well as there were at least a dozen trash cans with mis-matched lids that blew away when we put them at the curb Sunday night, and it did not look like there was actually a pick-up happening on Monday.
But overall, a beautiful place.

The property was exactly as posted. Immediate access to the beach. Full ocean view on two levels. Easy to and from the beach for our family. With 10 of us including 4 small children there was plenty of room and even hide if you wanted. The layout was great. Accommodations were excellent. Beautiful setup throughout the entire property. Will definitely re-book for next year.

This was our second year staying in this beautiful home. We loved it so much last year we decided to stay for two weeks this year! You can’t beat the location and the house is fully equipped with everything that you need. The beach is just steps away from peace and tranquility! Jakob is very responsive, kind and super easy to work with.

Beautiful Home for Beach Stay!
The property is beautiful and spacious! We stayed with two kids under 5 and four adults and there was space for everyone. The views are truly gorgeous and access to the beach is SO easy. Jakob was wonderful to work with and made the process extremely easy. Sea Isle City was lovely, even in the off-season. On rainy days, we took quick drives to the Zoo and Aviation museum with the kids.

A little ‘peace’ of heaven
The property is gorgeous and well cared for. It has every amenity and a grocery store right around the corner for any essential you didn’t bring along. I didn’t realize there were 4 bedrooms (2 masters and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each). The stairs were definitely a workout, but the view was absolutely worth every step!

Sand Castle!
Location more than made up for the general congested housing in Sea Isle City. We felt like royalty in the fourth floor master suite, with the gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Good cardio work out bringing things in to fourth floor, Living area floor plan great for groups, plenty of escape space for alone time. Little to no noise audible from other side of duplex, even with a small (well behaved) child. Would definitely go back!

Oceanfront is king
The off-season weather was nice enough, so we enjoyed playing in tide pools with kids. Those pools form right in front of the house on the beach and water gets warmed up by the sun. Also, you can collect shells by the bridge on the southern side of the island next to Avalon (there’s a beach without large waves).
This was a workation for me and vacation for the family. I had to work at least half days and it felt like oceanfront (unexpectedly) gave me a better ability to focus.
While the nature around here is amazing, the technology is less so, at least as of March 2021. Mobile phone signal is weak in the house. Provided 2.4 GHz wifi network had high-speed Xfinity service behind it. It worked for basic needs, but produced gaps in audio/video during my conference calls. Public xfinitywifi from next door came to rescue a few times, but it eventually failed and I had to switch back to default.
There are no coffee shops in March that are walking distance, but there’s a coffee maker in-house. I did a run to nearby Acme to get a bag of ground coffee and made it at home.
Property manager was very responsive.
Improvements I would ask for:
- Enable 5GHz wifi and add more access points to provide better reception inside the unit.
- Make signup easier via electronic signatures through services such as HelloSign.
- Consider a code lock, key lockbox or digital lock to avoid mailing keys.
- I would probably have paid the cleaning fee if it included other stuff, such as bed sheets, towels, etc.

Amazing ocean view
Very comfortable, spacious accommodating, and well-furbished property. We absolutely loved our stay here. Amazing ocean and beach view from large bay windows. You can watch the ocean from the couch.

Shore Getaway
Our stay was excellent. The house is located at perfect location for intimate family stay. We had lots of privacy and great walks on the beach. The house was large and comfortable to accommodate large family although we were only four.. It was easy to deal with the owner and all logistics details worked out efficiently . We will use the property again in our next trip to shore. Highly recomended.

BeachFront Getaway!!!
This house was amazing for my family!! Beach Front with a private entry. Woke up to beautiful sunrise as this house is not blocked on left side so the views were fantastic! Highly recommend. The Property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. Looking forward to rent again next year.
