Please check out our other listing #1750957. *Beautiful, newly renovated unit with both comfort and style in mind. *Four brand new Queen size Euro-pillowtop beds. *Bed and bath linens are provided. *New 65" 4K TV in Livingroom. Hi-def TV's in each bedroom. *Dining table with seating for 6 and breakfast bar with 4 stools. *Cable tv, wireless internet. *Newly updated, fully equipped kitchen. New appliances including microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, full size oven. Aso included are Keurig machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. *Washer and dryer in unit. *Oceanfront balcony with spectacular views. *Iron and hairdryers in unit. Avista Resort Features: * Water amenities located inside and out including 2 lazy rivers, 3 pools, a kiddie pool, and 3 hot tubs. * Plenty of lounge chairs around the pools and sundeck. * Short walk (sand or boardwalk) to the beautiful sprawling Atlantic Ocean beach. * Full-service restaurant 'Just off Main' serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus are created by top-rated chefs. Seasonal pool side refreshments available at Sip N Dip. Tree Top Lounge for happy hour and evening entertainment, and event facilities available for any occasion. * Fitness center features tv's, treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machine, dumbbells, and weight machines. * Coin-operated washers and dryers located on the 4th floor. * Convenient walk to Main Street for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The reservation process was very straightforward, and the prices and fees reasonable. The description of the property, along with the pictures, really got us looking forward to our stay.
The property did not disappoint! It was exactly as advertised. Clean, well-appointed, and with an amazing view, it met all our expectations.
The furniture is comfortable and the layout is thoughtful. The TV in the living area is huge, and the picture is excellent. The kitchen is small but well organized and well-equipped. The closet in the kitchen houses a combined washer/dryer unit, and a few items to use on a trip down to the beach.
The two bedrooms are each equipped with two comfortable queen beds with a nightstand between them. There is also a dresser and a closet in each room. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, and there is a bathroom accessible from the hallway for other guests.
After a restful night, we watched a gorgeous sunrise while still in the room. The balcony of this 17th-floor property has a perfect view for sunrises. It also has a decent sunset view; while you can’t see the actual sunset from the balcony (at least not in December; I can’t speak to other times of the year), you can see its colors on the water and in the sky.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected issue outside the owner’s control, we had to move to another unit. The owner worked with resort management to make the move as easy as possible.
Great property, great owners! We plan to stay here again.

The Sunrise Views were amazing and the Condo configuration was very comfortable and roomy. I would rent this unit again. The only things that need updating here are a few small appliances and some receptacles weren't working but overall it's a great place to stay

We had a nice, relaxing visit at Avista Resort. Our 17th Floor condo was well stocked, decorated with a cute, beachy vibe, and the views from the 17th floor were amazing! We enjoyed the resort's restaurant as well. Our dinner on Saturday night was wonderful. The only thing we would change in the condo would be the lighting in the bathrooms. It was a little too dim, especially in the master bathroom.

We stayed at this unit for 5 nights. We enjoyed walking the beach and soaking in the hot tubs. The staff was very friendly! The unit is within walking distance of restaurants and a large grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure.

Location and view can't be beat. Pool and lazy river were ideal and a short walk to the beach.

On top of wonderful communication with the property owner, the unit itself (1722) was pristine with nice special touches throughout. This is not just a unit like you get when booking directly with hotel/condo. You can tell the owners take pride in their rental and have added a touch of warmth and glass.

We enjoyed our time as it was long overdo! The staff was great to help with all our needs and Shannon was super at answering any questions we had. We hope to go back again next year!!
Big shout out to Cornelius and Bryan; they made it easier for us to get our things to and from our truck to room to beach!!

stay was very good, need more people checking in guest, a business was having a conference in the hotel and they all seemed to get there just before me, had to wait 30 mins to get to the counter, once it was my turn process went quickly, room overall was clean, had some mildew on the shower head in one of the bathrooms which i cleaned off and one of the shower curtains had mildew on the bottom of it, not big issues, other than that room was clean, tv is better than most in hotels and furniture is as well, plenty of towels and toilet paper was provided, view is great being on the top floor. host left everything i need to know in emails they sent, overall 4 out of 5, would have been 5 if not for mildew and long wait to check in

The condo was perfect for friends getting together for a destination wedding. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The amenities at the resort were very nice. Loved being on the beach as well. We would highly recommend this property.

The place was perfect. 2 moms and a few kids for a teenagers birthday weekend. Convenient walking to shops and resturants. Easy beach and pool access and great views! Staff was friendly. Condo was clean and beds were comfy. All kitchen items were supplied for easy meal/snack prep!

Great time with the girls for a Spring getaway. Only thing to note, we took bags up from the lobby and didn't know it should be South tower. Be sure you don't make our mistake. Beach yoga, restaurants and bars all in walking distance! Cute condo can't wait to come back!

Four of us retired women stayed for 9 days in this penthouse unit. We were overjoyed with the view, accommodations and communication through VRBO. The owner contacted us promptly after booking it, and was courteous and helpful when we needed it. The staff at the hotel were amazing. We had a wonderful vacation and would come back in the future!

We had a fantastic stay! Have been to Myrtle Beach many times over the last couple of decades and this was our first time at Avista and we will be back. The condo was perfect and right off the elevator, a wonderful feature because it also meant it was close to the pool, beach and parking. The staff was very nice and helpful as were the bartenders at the pool and beach. Our 14 year old made friends with one bartender as she had many “free” refills of her Shirley Temple and thought that was the best!! We loved how close we were to the beach and appreciated the beach cart, beach chairs and sand castle supplies. The view from the condo was second to none! We also loved that we could walk to restaurants and shopping and live music. Can’t wait to book again!

My family and I enjoy our stay at the condo! The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. The location was close to the action of the beach. The condo was stocked with all the comforts of home! Beautiful views of the ocean. Great vacation spot!

This 2 bedroom penthouse suite was perfect for us! My husband and I along with another couple rented this when we went down to watch our girls play college softball. The fields were 10 mins away and the room was oceanfront with a beautiful view! Everyone that worked there could not be nicer! The room was clean and roomy! Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again!! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff at Avista were very accommodating. The customer service was excellent. Just off Main, the on-site restaurant, had great food. Lots of activities to do. Our condo was very clean and inviting. Loved the oceanfront view. Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful place! Loved the location and nothing beats ocean front… we had a run in with construction our entire stay that blocked our balcony from sitting and seeing ocean. (So always call hotel and ask before booking..lesson learned). The owners were never informed. Still would love to stay again in the future because the layout and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. (Discount would be nice! ☺️) hot tubs were good and hot, and indoor pool / lazy river heated and warm. Overall me, my husband, 6 year old girl, and mother in law enjoyed our short trip.

We had a great stay! The condo was exactly as described. The beds were comfy, the view was gorgeous and it was very roomy compared to many beachfront condos we have rented before. They also had everything stocked and the beach cart was great! . If I could make any suggestions I would recommend some sort of shelving above the washer/ dryer since there isn’t a pantry, Just a place to store some food other than the countertop. A blender would be a nice addition to the kitchen. As far as the resort …. the staff was helpful and very friendly, we never had to wait long for Elovaters, the grounds were kept very clean and we could walk for ice cream etc at night. We really enjoyed Bouys on the Boulevard for happy hours and great food. Which was also walkable.
We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would return!! Shannon was great with any communication needs and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Thanks!!!

We had a wonderful experience in Shannon’s property. It is just as described and the ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked well, including garbage bags, paper towel, plenty of linens and a cute welcome basket. The pool area is very clean and the tiki bar was open on Saturday with fun music playing all afternoon. GREAT communication with Shannon. We will be back!
