While visiting Venice and Englewood area enjoy your stay in our roomy, quiet and comfortable house. The property has a perfect location with only moments to beautiful Manasota Beach, shops and eateries. Start your day by enjoying breakfast in a screened patio. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a private backyard. Three minute drive brings you to a beautiful Manasota Beach. The facilities have undergone a recent renovations and offer everything a beachgoer requires - restrooms, showers, picnic tables, grills and free parking. If you continue driving south along Manasota Key Road, you have two other options Blind Pass Beach and Englewood Beach. For your convenience, just grab provided chairs, lounge chair, when heading out to spend the day at the beach. The house is positioned just a block from South Venice Lemon Bay Preserve. It is a perfect place to enjoy if you want to go for a morning/evening stroll. The preserve is a great spot to see Florida wildlife. The house has outside security camera.

House is close to the beach, a park with walking trails, stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. It was just perfect for us to get away for couple of weeks from cold north.
The house has everything one needs for comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive and always at reach with any questions.
We really appreciated and were very happy to stay there.

Very Pleasant Stay
Property was as described. Check in and out was easy. Jitka was very responsive and personable. The beach was 5 minutes away. The Lanai was enjoyable to sit out on , esp. in the morning. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Clean, well stocked with extra amenities s/a toiletries, soap, pantry staples, beach supplies-nothing was lacking.
Like the neighborhood-quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants. Jitka was very responsive to texts, emails. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot, perfect location.
The welcome touches for this wonderful house were so lovely when we first arrived. Instructions made it easy to become familiar with the house and location. It is perfectly located on a bike route and easily accessible to beaches and preserves. The house is fully and generously equipped from beach apparatus to some staples in the kitchen pantry. The owner clearly takes excellent care of this property, from new tiling, bedding and furniture to lovely landscaping. This was a perfect stay for us in a perfect location.

Venice vacation
Very nice, well kept house in a nice neighborhood. Short walk to a nature preserve and short drive or bike ride to the beach. The owner had many nice welcoming touches around the house. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the Venice area.

Very nice home
This home was extremely clean. most of the appliances and furniture and even carpeting were fairly new Jitka was friendly accommodating and hospitable. She has just about anything you might need including sand and folding chairs. Sand toys for kids. Strollers beach blankets and towels. The area is quite nice. We have stayed in the Venice area for about 10 years. This is the very southern end of Venice much closer to Englewood. We found this little town very nice. The Englewood beaches are nice and you are still close enough to Venice beach if you prefer. I would definitely recommend this house and would go back myself.

Great Location
This house was clean, cute, and comfortable. Everything you need is provided and it is a quick trip to any of Manasota Key’s beaches. It only takes a few minutes to zip over the bridge to Manasota Beach to watch the sunset or hunt for shark teeth.

Could not have been better
Excellent accommodations. Clean, centrally located to Venice and beaches. The property was really more than we expected! Thanks to Jitka for making this trip an excellent vacation. Everything was perfect.

Awesome stay
The photos of the home dont do it justice. The home is very well kept and clean, inside and out. Well stocked with all amenities. Neighborhood was super quiet and a great area to walk our dog. My parents live only 6 miles away in downtown venice. This location was very convenient for us.
Just a few fyi:
The backyard is not completely fenced in. Had 2 run ins with loose dogs. Nothing major.
Culvert ditch on both sides of driveway. Be careful backing out or driving in at dark.
We would love to rent this place again next year, when we come back down.

Nice house the only complaint is it’s time to go! Would recommend this home it is well stocked with all need and very clean enjoy your stay!
