Ore House 8 provides everything you’ll need for the perfect mountain getaway! What’s nearby: This home is located on the south end of Frisco, centrally located in Summit County and minutes away from Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain Ski Resort. It is just a short drive from the Frisco Marina, the Frisco Adventure Park and the Frisco Bike Park. For hikers, access the nearby Lily Pad Lake Trailhead. Dine at local favorites such as Log Cabin Cafe for comfort food or Butterhorn Bakery for an excellent brunch. Things to know: Full kitchen Free WiFi Private washer/dryer Wood fireplace Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Summit Stage offers free public bus service throughout Summit county, Colorado, with service to ski areas, lodging, downtown areas, shopping, medical centers and some residential areas. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property was so wonderful! And amazing views. Also wonderful amenities for all ages, books and fun family games made snow days by the fireplace a memory that won’t be forgotten. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Overall a wonderful stay. Nice place, well-stocked, great location, good parking spots. The only challenge was the comfort and construction of the beds in our opinion. The bunk beds shift a lot with two people in them, and the queen was uncomfortable and very squeaky. Otherwise really great stay.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. Check in was so easy. We were provided all the info we needed. We didn't experience any hassle whatsoever. Housekeeping checked on us to see if there's anything we needed. The place was very quiet. Also close to several places for sight seeing.
The kitchen was complete with dishes including condiments. Clean towels and toiletries, beddings, etc were provided. I'm glad we stayed in this condo. We saved a lot and we were all together and not have to stay in separate rooms like if we opted for a hotel.

First of all, the kitchen was very well stocked. All of the common spices were there too. We spent a long thanksgiving weekend here with 2 boys ages 3 and 5. Turkey trot went right by and we joined for a little! We got to walk downtown since it was so close. It’s also very kid friendly. Boys loved the bunk beds and comfy couches. My husband and I really appreciated the trails right outside the door- since we’re both trail runners with limited time since we have the kids. We also were able to cut down an Xmas tree with a permit in white river national Forrest. The boys LOVED the historic park plus the Xmas tree lighting, fireworks, and Santa visit. We also spent 2 days tubing!

Great time until the neighbors came in drunk yelling and screaming around midnight. This also included people in the hallway yelling on their phones (probably drunk as well).

Great location and clean. I had a confusing checkin email, but I think that was a Vacasa mistake, which was handled after a phone call to support. I’d stay here again. Thanks for a great short trip.

The place is very lovely and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. But the pictures make it look larger than it is. The bathroom is very small. Excellent customer service.

We only stayed one night, but loved our stay. Within walking distance to restaurants and lots of activities. Beautiful views.

They tried to help, but ultimately it required a bigger fix than what they could manage and had to be resolved on Monday. The property manager was responsive to my after hours call on Sunday, when I let them know the on site guys couldn’t fix it. One other comment-the mattresses could use replacement. We were wiped from skiing, so wasn’t a huge deal. But I love a good heavenly bed.

Well kept, good service
Ore 8 is on the older side, but is well kept up and had good support service. Had an issue with the bathroom when we arrived. Got an immediate response when I submitted the issue (at 11pm) and it was fixed the very next day. All in all great place to stay, good internet, easy access to the bus system and downtown Frisco.

Great spot close to ski resorts
This was a good spot to stay for a night that is close to resorts. It is clean and an easy spot to stay. Also close to restaurants and other places

The place was really cute. There were a lot of outside stairs to go up, but then tended not to be slippery and you always had the option of going to the back. The plumbing needed some help--the toilet ran continuously unless you manually raised the float and the shower didn't drain. You could hear people walking upstairs, but overall it was a cute place that was just a short 10 minute walk to downtown frisco.

We loved this 2 bedroom condo. Great centrally located home in frisco. There was a hill in the back that we all went sledding. Beds were a little uncomfortable but we’d still stay again!

Nice 2 bedroom a minute from downtown Frisco with full kitchen plus washer/dryer. Fire place (with firewood) was perfect to warm up after skiing.

Nice and Clean Home
The house was very clean when we arrived and appeared just as the pictures showed. Within 30 minutes of Keystone and Breck, so it's a perfect house for winter trips!

Cozy comfy condo
Ore house 8 is cozy but very functional. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking basics the beds are fine and the small bathroom has loads of hot water. The neighbors are pleasant and were quiet while we stayed. The internet was fast and the house is convenient to Frisco and Copper mountain. Enjoyed ore house 8 and would rebook. Thanks!

Great Frisco stay
We have spent many ski weekends in Frisco, and this condo was perfect. Everything was in good condition, comfy beds, really like the bed options in the guest bedroom. Nice quiet location.
