Located in Grey Highlands, this charming condo for $170 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy your day relaxing by the fireplace and taking in the panoramic views of the gorgeous scenery. The ski hill, mountain, beautiful hiking/walking trails, restaurants, and shopping for the entire family are right at your fingertips. This unit has a ski locker right at the front door to safely lockup all of your equipment. Guests have private access to this units barbecue. The Space The Master Bedroom Features a king size bed. The second and third bedroom each have two separate beds. Enjoy the tastefully decorated condo/chalet in an ideal and quiet location Brand new comfortable beds with fresh sheets provided. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap is also provided in both bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi and cable. Guest access For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. 2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund. 3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited 4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited. 5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. 7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty. 8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. 9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Our family of 7- 5 adults and 2 children had a great time at this location. Easy walk to the slopes and village. Property manager was quick to respond to our questions and issues and did their very best to rectify our problems. The unit was exactly as described and offered a ton of space. The kitchen was well stocked for easy meal preparation and serving. We will be back!

I was never in the unit but the grandkids and their partners seemed satisfied with the exception of the mouldy smell in the one bedroom mentioned earlier. I cannot accurately rate some questions so guessed They spent most of their time in a similar unit close by with our 2 married sons/wives - eating, chatting, and an annual crokinole tournament. This is the one time in a year that we can ALL get together, it’s treasured.

Property is right at blue Mountain Village. A very good location. Suggestions would be a few more pieces of living room furniture (for 4 ppl, living room sectional was cramped). We were also missing some essentials, such as dish towels and salt and pepper.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our unit was clean, spacious and nicely decorated in a modern manner. The beds were comfortable with warm bedding and extra pillows. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. Location was excellent! It was a short jaunt and directly across the street to Blue Mountain Village. We look forward to returning to the resort soon. Overall, a pleasurable stay. Highly recommended!

Beautifully appointed, clean condo in great location. Personal welcome and walkthrough of condo's amenities was a nice touch! Well-stocked kitchen, excellent BBQ and comfy beds, made for a relaxing stay. Variety of hiking and biking trails for beginners and experts just minutes away. We will definitely rebook here again!
