Très bon séjour en général grâce à l’équipe de l’hôtel

L’emplacement, le personnel merci beaucoup à Nourredine et à Mohammed au petit déjeuner ils ont était super sympa généreux et accueillant ne changer rien.

La propreté de la literie n’était pas top les chambres aurait bien besoin d’un renouvellement de literie et des canapés.

Fair stay for the price

Nice location, we loved the size of apartment and balcony. Staff was very kind and welcoming, helping us with our travel documents and taxi. Breakfast was also nice - variety was enough for us and it was tasty. All in all, good stay for good price

Apartment needed some deep-cleaning and some renovation. The kitchen had coffee machine and some tehnology, but the equipment was low - e.g. no glasses to drink from (only espresso cups).

Nichts zu meckern. Immer wieder.

Das Bett war gut. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut.Richtung Meer und dann nach rechts. Da könnt ihr viel sehen. Das Restaurant und besonders das Restaurant nebenan sind klasse.

Appartment in ruhiger und guter Lage zur Moschee

Die Lage ist sehr gut, 20 Minuten Fußweg von der Hassan II Moschee entfernt. Das Appartment war groß und ruhig, Betten prima, Personal sehr nett. Motorrad stand sicher in der Tiefgarage. Gutes Frühstück.

In die Jahre gekommen, keine Toilettenbürste, Toilettentür ließ sich nicht verschließen und ziemlich klein.

Was ok, but not for a 2nd time! Despite the location.

Great location and parking under the hotel.

The breakfaststafd was very customer unfriendly. Breakfast was ok, but in the land of tea and mintleaves, the moroccan teapot was just refilled with hotwater. When asked for a freshmade teapot it was nog possible. Besides this, breakstaff very unpleasant!! In contrary to the receptionstaff and in general the men in the evening!

Two great restaurants beside the hotel; The big mosque was within walking distance. We only stayed for one night, but it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you

Perfect location with some modification will the best place to be

+++ location ++ Staff ++ Parking place down stairs + Breakfast normally it is not included in an apart hotel. It is basic but good. Thank you staff for your hospitality.

I don’t recommend

only the location is a pit good. but the rest is not worth the money. it need renovation and it’s an apartment hotel. which was the entryway for the reception from behind the building.

the toilet is really bad. no trash in the bed room. the tap water was moving from its place….

It was not an amazing experience

Breakfast was nice.

Our pickup got lost at the airport. He didn't even answer at the phone. After a long time, we had to get a taxi by ourselves and waisted 15 eur in data roaming trying to connect with someone. Once at the hotel (a very long trip due to the taxi driver not knowing the hotel) we arrived in a very dirty room. Toilet was used, hair in bed, and in general, not an amazing smell. For the amount we paid it was too bad.

This is a solid hotel, a very good deal for the price with a very good location, across the street from sea promenade, 1km away from Hassan II mosque. The room was specious, breakfast ok.

Overall enjoyed my stay and hotel ideally located to explore Casablanca.

Room was clean with a comfortable king sized bed. Conveniently located on the promenade and walking distance to the Hassan 2 Mosque. On taxi route and ideally located to visit tourist sites. Mohammed at front desk most helpful with information and advise. Felt safe walking on the promenade late at night. There was safe and secure underground parking.

No complimentary shampoo and shower gel (two other hotels stayed in Morocco provided such). Lack of privacy as part of the kitchen windows had no curtains. The other curtains look see through and convinced that others from the surrounding flats could peer into the kitchen and lounge. Kitchen should have table and chairs rather than to sit in the lounge and have a meal.

Great experience

The staff was amazing !! Very kind and friendly and respectful! I usually travel to casablanca, and this is the first time I have tried this hotel, I i was amazed by the quality of the service.

The water of the shower was not hot enough, but I guess it was only the problem in my room, because my parents didn't have any problem with it, but don't hesitate to ask for a differente room, they will be more than happy to change it for you and they take care of moving all your stuff to the new one!
