Location and views from the balcony.
Very good size bedrooms and bathrooms.
Clean tidy apartment.
Good size balcony.
Very good value for money.
No air conditioning,at times it was getting very hot in the apartment.
The dining table is a bit small for the size of the apartment.
Some of the door handles were broken, making a mission to open/close the doors.
The coffee machine is very wobbly/leaking at all times.
Missing batteries in the remote controls for the TVs.

The place has a beautiful view to the valley, plenty of space and a nice balcony with a cover and open space, perfect a stay with the family or a few friends, the apartment has plenty of space and but feels cozy with the view
Was a little bit hard find the place, because google maps first send us behind the build blocks and after we had to look for the right block and was not sure we were in the right place, but after a quick call to the host we could find the place without problem. So not a big deal.

The apartment was very nice and large. The location was great. Very nice surroundings if you are interested in the nature. It's also in close proximity to Mara Hotel, where there is a very nice restaurant, where the food is reasonably priced and at the time we ate they've even have live music. We've found some nice trail in the forest behind the Mara Hotel. The view from the balcony was also very nice. There was a nice large balcony and two smaller ones. Every room had access to the balcony. We've really enjoyed spending time on the balconies (especially the large one).
I think that the appartient itself is very nice. I just believe that we were unlucky in the day that we came, to have the gas and water not working. I hope that this is a rare occurrence.
It's great idea to make online checkin, but it is a very cumbersome process. First of all I could not find the link to check-in, in the message that I've received in the booking.com app. It was mentioned that I had to check in but, I didn't figure out where. Later on it turns out that that the link was available in the email message that I've got from the property. I don't normally check my email in holidays so I was not aware of the existence of the email. The online check -in is rather elaborate, requiring the scanning of ID, signing with the finger on the phone. After I added my info for check-in it looked in the app that I had to do the same for all the other people in my group, which would have taken a long time. Luckily, the property said that it was not necessary to fill in for everybody. It would be nice to have some guide of how the checkin is done. After the check-in we've got the info to access the apartment but it was confusing. I thought that the PIN code we've got was for the small key box next to the door. It turns out that the key box was not used at all. The PIN code was for a lock placed on the door.
When we came there was no water at all (neither in the kitchen nor in the bathrooms). The host said that the water was not available in the whole building. Later on during the day, the water was started again, so we had cold water and we could flush the toilets. Unfortunately we could not use the showers because there was no gas. The water boiler that provides the hot water in the apartment is working with gas. We could not use the stove either due to the lack of gas.
The smaller balconies were very dirty (lots of dust and gravel on the floor). The brush that was available was broken so it was not easy for us to clean the balconies.

-the floor was not cold so my baby was able to walk on 4 with no problem.
-two beds have a hard mattress.
- the bathroom has a very large shower (the glass walls of the shower are very long) so you dont feel claustrophobic
- you can control the temperature to be hotter or colder as needed
- the host does not reply to any message after 5pm friday (we arrived Thursday so we talked a little)
- we reported the multiple problems the apartment had that needs fixing and the host replied Thursday that they will be fixed monday (we had the stay until sunday so we had to stay with all the issues)
- one bathroom had the shower hose with holes and the water was pouring everywhere so it was not usable (we had to shower in one bathroom with our baby's nanny) and the other bathroom did not have the bathroom ventilation working although it was installed on the wall (no windows either)
- you can hear each other through the walls (we were whispering and we could still hear each other through the walls) and this was really complicated with a baby that sleeps from 7PM
- the door from one bedroom was not opening because it had the door handle ripped and we remained with it in our hands (that room does not have any window to open for fresh air)
- one door had a whole in it and a sticker was put on it to cover it ans my baby found it and almost chocked on it (the sticker was the same color as the door and I did npt see it)
- the fridge defrosted and it filled the kitchen with water and was really complicated to get all the water from there

Location was great, the mattresses were good, three of them.
The appliances were in terrible condition. The microwave door was broken. The pan had burned inside. The toaster was never cleaned and looked deplorable.
I found 2 dead bugs on the floor in the kitchen.
We were supposed to be 7 people so at least 4 bed sheets were required but we had only 3. We had to play "pull the short string" to see who is to sleep on the couch with no bed sheets.
It was cold in all the rooms. The water inside the radiators was set to 40 degrees only. We adjusted it but it took some time to warm.
There was soap in just one toilet and a 80% already consumed toilet paper (of the worst quality, almost transparent). We asked for more soap and what they did in the second day was to take half of the soap from the first bathroom and just split it. The kitchen had no towels.
The table was too small for 6 people to fit and eat. For coffee it was ok.
The shower head leaks. The kitchen sink leaks. It was a nightmare for anyone with ocd's. Most of the doors could not be properly closed. The fireplace didn't had the remote. We asked for it but no response. Not even a "sorry, it's lost" or something. The checkin was painful. I though it was going to be just a click "we are here" but no, each of us had to take photos of our id's back and front and then manually insert our data. Their website is badly designed so you cannot type. For a country starting with R, you had to scroll, a long scroll. There was no phone number of the owners, just some administrative girl who could not help me get the 4th blanket. Se said "sorry, that is for the owners to provide". There was black mold in the corners of the shower. The buttons to turn on the light were like randomly placed all over the house, very confusing to know which controls what. There was a salt lamp with a broken button. Worked only if you plug it in. There was no dedicated parking for us. We parked in the street. There was no sound prof at all.

Good value, cozy, large apartment right in front of Mara Hotel
Location a bit far from city center, must have a car

Amazing apartment, very spacious, two bathrooms, elegant decorated, warm and friendly. Very efficient staff, extremely helpful with the online check-in. Amazing view over the mountains, spotless clean. Some small groceries walking distance, 5-10 minutes. Free parking in front of the building, plenty of space It was the perfect place for a retreat for work outside city noise, the apartment is located in a quiet area at the entrance in Sinaia, good connections by bus with city center. Wonderful terrace for coffee lovers. A special mention for the tiny, cozy fireplace in the living room. We loved the stay.

Very big apartment. Nice view. 3 separate bedrooms.
The direction to find the appartment are not clear. The self checkin and door entry also were little complicated.

The location at the 8th floor has an amazing view. Beautiful spacious terrace.
The apartment is nice and clean. There is free wi-fi and tv with cable in each room.
I would definitely book again at this location.
There was an issue with the water due to a storm in the entire city and it affected this property as well for one day but then it was fixed. The host was kind enough to give us updates on this issue. The floor needs to be cleaned more (under the beds). The ventilator fan at one of the wc's doesn't work.

The view is amazing. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. The apartment is located away from the town noise. There are some shops at walking distance. A very relaxing stay.

Big and clean space, warm, nice view, big terrace, good value for the money. Close to yhe center by car - 5 min approx. Self checkin.
We were 2 families, 4 adulti and 4 children - 6 pillows, the couch in the living room is not so good for sleeping and needs cleaning, small kitchen table for 8 pers, the chairs are unstable and two are really broken. Nothing in the kitchen for wiping your hands or the table. We used toilet paper witch is not enough.

The location
The check-in and entry system in the apartment was very difficult and the host did not answer at all, we had to announce Booking that we could not enter. The apartment needs improvements
