It's a very mediocre stay, nothing special.

Reception staff was helpful and check-in process was relatively quick.

- I stayed during Ramadhan month, and during sahoor around 4 am the restaurant was very crowded and most food were practically almost finish at the time of sahoor. There was only a little bit of food available to eat, most already empty, and the restaurant's staffs only refilled the food close to subuh (which was useless as no time to eat anymore). Management needs to provide more attention on how to provide seat for guests during sahoor as sahoor time is limited and food needs to be quickly refilled when it was empty already. - Bathroom/shower in the room is super small despite the room type of deluxe balcony. Everything is practically wet when someone taking a shower. Bathroom looks more like kamar mandi 'kos2an' instead of a hotel's bathroom. How come the hotel get 4 stars is a question. - Meeting facilities was limited especially for hybrid meeting. The technician was missing when the support was needed.

Not worth the money and definitely not a four-star hotel.

The staff were all wonderful. Very accommodating if you could find them or get in contact. Facilities seemed modern enough. Don't expect too much in the way of the western breakfast as most of the food on offer is very local. Not a complaint but rather an observation.

Very difficult to contact concierge via telephone or Whatsapp and response times are delayed. Rooms are somewhat dilapidated . Balcony is offered in description but is locked up with no access to key and not available at all. Should be taken off of room description all together. Air conditioner leaks consistently into room . States that it's an apartment but there is no cooking range or stove yet there is an exhaust fan for a cooking range or stove . When we extended our stay, I told them I'd come to the front desk to settle up as for some reason they couldn't just charge my credit card after taking information. Instead, they sent someone to my room to chase me down even though I was on my way down and we had agreed on me coming to the front desk. Felt like a criminal. I left a full review on their Google Maps page with pictures. This is by no means a four-star hotel or at least it was not in our experience. Barely a three-star. Room reminds me more of a comfortable hostel or B&B in Thailand then a four-star hotel anywhere else. City View is also somewhat of a loose description. More of a slum View and the hotel location is somewhat isolated. Hotel also charges Rideshare taxi drivers and anybody who drives through their driveway $3, 000 rupees just for the Thruway which seems a little ridiculous to me. Seems odd to have to pay for parking if you're not parking and you're just picking up a rider or client or a friend from the hotel.

Hotel yg cocok utk keluarga

Tidak banyak hotel yang memiliki akomodasi yang memadai untuk keluarga. Di Bigland ada kamar dgn tipe family yang memiliki 2kasur queen dan tipe suite yang sayangnya sudah tdk ada lagi sofabed tp masih cukup luas. Sebaiknya dipertimbangkan market dgn kebutuhan keluarga sehingga menjadi peluang.

Proses cek in yang lama...ya dengan alasan sedang libur atau ada banyak acara...seharusnya lobby bisa lebih proper, sehingga tidak penuh sampai ac tdk terasa, agak berantakan krn bnyk anak² yg bosan menunggu. Mungkn bisa disediakan bigscreen tv atau mini playground near the lobby. Kolam renang sedikit membosankan.

Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. Würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Außerdem war die Rooftop Bar auch nochmal ein absolutes Plus!

Relatively affordable and exceeds expectations

Breakfast sangat bervariasi dan banyak pilihan... Akses masuk juga ada dari 2 titik area yang berbeda, sehingga lebih mudah untuk keluar masuk hotel.. Kamar bersih dan affordable for the price...

Rooftop baru dibuka diatas jam 1 siang.. Lobby hotel terkesan kecil dan sempit, saat check-in terlihat kerumunan orang menunggu mendapatkan kamar. Saat check-in wifi, TV dan telepon sempat down... tapi dapat normal kembali beberapa waktu kemudian...

Front office staff need to be more welcoming, if necessary come out the desk and talk to the guests

the restaurant and pool area are good, though during the day there are more children in the pool, so it is a family hotel. The shop downstairs is a great, but the receptionist failed to mention or promote this.

Staff are not too friendly or welcoming - too stiff, tried to act professional, but it was a weekend, so smile and be friendly a little, ask questions if guests know Bogor, have a city map could be an idea. I appreciate we stayed in the apartment side, but no phone or a fridge? this could be improved, no?

Exceptional

As returning guest I got a surprise cake and a warm welcoming letter in handwriting. I had a room with great view in the 21st floor. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were very helpful and nice.

The background music in elevators and restaurants is annoying. Again some discussions around the invoice, because it was paid via booking.com

Exceptional

We enjoyed our private stay in the family room very much.

The pool is in the middle of the restaurant area where many people form workshops or events might be around during their breaks. It could be a little bit more separate for privacy. The background music in the restaurant and elevators is annoying and too loud.

The kids running up and down the halls and screaming they don't have phones in rooms you can't order room service except through Whatsapp and then if you can contact someone about room service then goto dinner and pay for one person then 2 people my wife left I went to dinner was charged more by myself which is not right

Good

The view is amazing, both from my room in the 20th floor and from the rooftop restaurant. Generally the services are good. The hotel was very crowded on the weekend with lots of local functions and meetings. But especially at the weekend there were nice special food offers.

My room (executive suite) was a smoking room, so the room had a bad smell from that. If you are on a business travel be careful with advance payment through booking.com: the hotel rejected to issue an invoice, while booking.com insists, that only the hotel can issue a taxable invoice.

Recomended

The room is well worth it. Locationwise, though a bit off the main road but you should use the main road, slightly farther, instead of the residential back lanes.

The swimming pool needs to be cleaned more often as flying leaves and debris floats and also settled at bottom of the pool.

The team is so cooperative that it is highly recommendable n will stay again.

Good Hotel with Awesome staff. Too friendly, helping and caring. whole team at front desk + Ranti & Rizwan at Restaurant + Andik, Restaurant & banquet Manager + Dimas, Room Service Manager--- All were very cooperative, awesome friendly n helpful, Especially Ranti, Andik & Dimas. Being first time in Bogor, extended much help n information. Extended cooperation very brotherly to make stay as good as possible.

Location. Bit isolated and far from main road & centre. Roof top restaurant, bit small space hence too crowdy at evening. Need little upgradation n renovation, especially front desk area & swimming pool + Roof top restaurant.

Nice hotel in Bogor

Nice and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite close to Botani Square Mall (and Damri bus terminal) and not too far from the botanical garden. I was in the apartment levels so there was sink in the room and a kitchen hood fan but no fridge.

The pool was literally in front of the restaurant patio. Expect swimming in front of restaurant customers.

The rooftop bar and the pool are great.

The soap and shampoo are not that great.

It's really worth for a one night staycation.

Room is very clean with good view (order a Standard deluxe room, got a studio apartment at the 7th floor).

There's a leak at the toilet. And no mirror above the wash basin.
