ROOM FILLED WITH CIGARETTE SMOKE AT 4.30 AM

Comfy mattress, generally clean.

I booked a non-smoking, quiet room. The first night I had a room with a smokey bathroom. The team offered to move me to an upgraded room the following day. The upgraded room was facing a construction site. I specifically asked what time they stop working and the receptionist told me 8pm. The construction didn't stop working until 2am in the night. At 4.30 I woke up in shock as my room was filled with cigarette smoke. It was scary. I had to turn off the AC in order to stop the smell from coming in, which resulted in a very hot room. I then got up at 6am to catch my flight. I could not sleep all night.

Comfortable and convenient hotel - definitely worth staying here.

The breakfast was great. There is a limited choice and space is at a premium. However, I get down for breakfast early so didn't need to fight the crowds. The coffee and drink choice was good. I liked the eggs and the pastries.

It was a little bit noisy in the corridor on one of the nights and I had to go out to tell some people to be quiet. Also, there is a lot of artificial light in the room - they need to have a way to switch the light behind the curtains off.

Hospitality

Communication with the hostess was very easy. They helped us a lot wherever we needed. Breakfast was plentiful. We want to emphasize hospitality and kindness. The room is very clean and the location is near to the center. We recommend 100% stay in. Thanks for all!

You have to ask a room key for each guest, otherwise you get stuck because the elevator doesn't work without key

Superb

Nice hotel with with typical breakfast and amazing staff. Unfortunately my phone got stolen while walking in Jakarta and my card as well. The people working there took straight care of me in the best way possible. Not only did they helped by driving me themselves in all the necessary places but they also did offer me something to eat and assisted me psychologically as well. So a huge thanks to Agus, Viani, Amar, Vino🙏 You guys are the best! My Jakarta experience has become a bit better because of you ♥️

Great hote for stopover

Great hotel for a stopover. Very friendly and helpful stuff (especially Amar & Vino). Breakfast (buffet) is a great mix between Indonesia kitchen and western incl fresh fruits and drinks. We could extent the check out time without extra charge.

well a room with „fake“ view out of the window is not the best but this didn’t bother us too much since we only spent time in the room during night time.

The perfect accommodation for a stay in Jakarta

A good breakfast and nice atmosphere in the lobby The stuff was always polite and helpful, They responded also on special needs. I could leave some of my luggage at the hotel and pick it up on second stay in the hotel two months later. Special thanks to Arman from the reception team

✅The check in was fast & smooth managed by Viana / Vivian whatever but her name starts with V 😍🥰♥️ ✅ The breakfast was simple but it's good. I loved their fried noodles. ✅ The rooms was clean & comfy but only the walkaway smells very strong cigarettes. ✅ Was a good location. Easy to access everywhere 😉 ✅ Near to Sabang road - Indonesian street food ✅ Recommended! Will return back of course Thank you! Keep it up Stanley hotel team👍

Nice area to stay, close to public transportation and many restaurants as well as street food.

Nice and clean rooms with AC. Good water pressure at bathroom.

Good location, friendly staff

The room did not have a window, just a cavity with a light and some fake plants behind the curtain. It was hard to get the room completely dark too due to all the small blue LEDs built into the switches and TV bathing the room in blue light and there is no mini fridge. Prices had also dropped considerably on the day compared to when I booked

The staff was friendly. They were always helpful.

The room was very small and there was nowhere to put our things. The towels were changed and the bed was made every day. But the linens were not changed upon request. In 10 days the linens were changed only twice.

We had a pleasant stay. Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Thank you for kitchen staff for keeping the noise down when preparing food in the morning as our room is right next to the kitchen. You guys are awesome.
