Excelente departamento ubicado cerca de Plaza Mayor y Puerta del Sol. Pudimos descansar bien, es una zona tranquila y sin ruidos. La cocina bien equipada y funcional, la habitación también bien y la cama plegable mucho mejor que un sofá cama ya que se aprovechan mejor los espacios.
Me gusto todo.

Prise en charge parfaite : high tech prise en charge à distance - personnel à l’écoute et réponse très rapide -
Le manque de lumière directe ( présence de fenêtres ouvrant sur des cours intérieures sombres )
L’impossibilité de laisser les bagages en consignes le dernier jour dans l’attente de prendre notre avion tard le soir - mais il faut savoir que l’on nous as indiqué des adresses de lockers pas loin 😉

Perfect appartment. Would recommend it. Location spot on for everything. Tucked away from busy area but short walk to all sites.

The house was in a very central position, close the Metro station Sol. The kitchen and the furniture are new. Every room has AC.
The bed is very small (not a regular double bed). The bathroom and the blankets were not properly cleaned at our arrival. The house is nice but there is no natural light

very poorly for a family, living for just two sitting pax. When you open the bed you can go thought the main door. Some heavy machine making noise from dawn in the street floor (this were be temporal, but some previous notice would be appreciated).

The appartment is nice and equipped very good (including air conditioners in each room, washing and drying mashines), perfect for a family 2 adults + baby. A baby cot has been provided. It was also easy to make black-out for baby sleep. Great location, you can walk in Madrid without any problems. The flat was clean. The owner was always in contact with us.
Keep in mind, you need to call the owner in order to receive an access to the apartment.

Location was excellent and the city apartment has all the amenities we need. Washer and drier came in handy, so did the small kitchen. The host was responsive and friendly. They answered our questions about the apartment and sightseeing in Madrid. We had a great time as we are in walking distance to many places in town.
We arrived early (hours before check in time) so we stored our luggage elsewhere. Once we figured out the storage facility was about 3 minutes away, it went without a hitch. There is no insight storage so make sure you touch base with the host early about your arrival time.

the location is perfect, the apartment is so beautiful and comfortable. the building has elevator which is a plus in Madrid . the host is really nice and ready to help you anytime. we have a wonderful stay at Plaza mayor apartment. we will definitely comeback.

Very quiet and warm, for my last two nights in Spain. The owner met me promptly and explained everything very well. I had trouble with the stove and he spent a lot of time on the phone making sure I got it working.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was cozy and well equipped, location was great, right in the center of the city, host was nice and available to chat whenever we needed any info about the apartment or the surroundings. Would definitely recommend staying at Rentalisapartments when visiting Madrid.

The location is great, the apartment is well equipped, you can even do laundry there, and the foldable bed is very practical and comfortable. There is enough room to store clothes etc. The bathroom is beautifully done and very practical. There is a supermarket within short distance that is open 24/7, and public transport bus stop in the same street.
The only minus point is that there are no windows towards the outside, so you don't have direct daylight, but for a short-term stay this is not a problem, as one anyways spend most time outside.

Very good location. Very spacious apartment and comfy bed. Will probably stay there again next time I'm coming to Madrid.
The building was a bit old and noise isolation not the best. But those two were just little issues. The apartment is totally renewed and fully equipped.

Walls are too thin. You can hear all the noice from the elevator, stairs, conversations, neighbor’s door slamming close.

The apartment is great. The host was very helpful. Everything is new and fully equipped. It comes with Netflix. The kitchen is beautiful. It is downtown but very quiet since it faces onto a patio.
