I liked the location - medical clinic and markers nearby

Shower room didnt close tightly so there were always flood on the floor,toiled has broken buttons so it was complicated to push them. Wifi was not good and mobile phone had a few bars. It was hard to use internet in a hotel - staying in that place you should forget about calling someone through a messenger

It's was very clean comfortable no one speak English very hard to explain what I want what I need I stay 7th night rest of 4 nights they refunds only 50 pounds 110 baku Azerbaijan money pay back. Very poor breakfast not acceptable. Any way i never see 5 star hotel when evry trying to swimming pool not working.

Perfect staff but rooms need a no smoking policy

The staff how helpful and friendly they were, they changed us to a different room because of noise of the other guests. The breakfast was good.

The room and whole hotel smells like it had been smoked at for 20 years, very difficult to sleep especially for my wife that is pregnant with that smell, very noisy guests. Smoking and none smoking rooms are the same. If you have allergies or pregnant or have kids I would not recommend staying here.

Like to sum up with some names which I remembered, are Hassan, Elmer, Harry& all other which I don’t

All staff were very professional & helpful even though most of them can’t speak English, Cleanliness was exceptional Being vegetarian it was bit difficult to get options for Breakfast on first day but once they understood our need , they serve really good breakfast with salad & fruits

If staff can speak & understand some English can be helpful to non local language speaker guests

Thank you for the help, the service and the wonderful attention you all gave us! The front desk staff was incredible, giving us tips to get to know the City in a manner that we so enjoyed. All of their recommendations were as if we were family to them. They were patient, kind and so wonderful. The staff at the restaurant and the cleaning staff were also incredible ! They helped us with absolutely everything. You are all so lucky to have such incredible people working with you.
