I've traveled far and wide over many years, and in terms of value for money in an airport hotel, this place pretty much tops my list. It's not often these days a property provides me with a pleasant surprise, but from the free parking, to the friendly, efficient, professional staff, to the spacious room, to the gargantuan terrace off my room with a stunning view of the Alps, I kept going from one expectation exceeded to another. A treat all around!

El 13 de diciembre de 2013 reservé aquí, el hotel tenía overbooking. Casi todos los hoteles de Ginebra tenían problemas al haber cerrado el aeropuerto. El empleado del turno de noche no me respetó la reserva en Booking, y dijo que Booking no era su problema, no me ayudó a buscar una alternativa y acabe pasando la noche en el lobby del hotel por no lograr otra reserva. El empleado fue grosero, se negó a quitar la música de fondo o a darme una habitación sucia (me dijo que iba contra las reglas), acabó incluso amenazando con llamar a la policía.

De passage à Genève, nous avons particulièrement aimé séjourner dans cet établissement. Le personnel est fort sympathique et nous avons eu de nombreuses attentions. La chambre était très bien équipée, tout était réuni pour un séjour réussi. Merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour leur gentillesse.

Cleaning of rooms seems random and we were not told it’s daily. So we’re surprised on the second day there to arrive late and find the room still undone

Apartamento amplio. Cama y almohada cómodas. Personal muy atento y servicial. Teníamos a disposición una máquina de café y chocolate 24h.

Bon il faisait glacial voir -4 degré après 22h.00 et 0 la journée. L’appart est propre, fonctionnel, la cuisine aussi micro-onde propre et en état de marche.

Je n’ai pas aimé les store automatiques qui pendant la nuit se sont mis en action levé et baissé automatiquement, le bruit m’a empêché de dormir. Cela dit à 8h.00 la réceptionniste m’a proposé de changer de chambre et m’a offert le petit déjeuner. L’explication: le gel extreme déclenche les stores automatiquement pour éviter qu’ils se congèlent. La nuitée suivante a été paisible.

Tutto eccellente! Posizione, il bus è di fronte all'hotel, la ragazza della reception molto professionale e disponibile anche se noi non sapevamo il francese e/o inglese ci ha aiutato molto. Il personale davvero gentile.

La atención del personal especialmente de Jazmine que atendía con gran cordialidad a cada huésped. El appart era muy cómodo. Contaba con todos los elementos de cocina, microondas, anafe y heladera. El hotel cuenta con un desayuno variado y además te brindan café en cualquier momento del día.

Beautiful large room, with a large bathroom and terrace. Smart thinking on how the room was stocked, with a tv with chromecast and nespresso machine. Very comfortable bed, great lounge area in foyers and free coffee and sparkling water with 24/7 attended check-in.

Nothing really! It was a stop before the airport, and maybe it would be a bit out of the way for your whole trip, but honestly it was pretty perfect.

Había buena conexión de autobuses para el centro de ginebra y además siempre había un autobus esperando en la puerta. El personal del hotel era encantador, en concreto una de las recepcionistas llamada Lucille que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo y más, incluso fue tan amable de buscarnos algunos viajes para hacer alrededor de Ginebra.

No nos limpiaron la habitación todos los días, estuvimos 6 días y solo nos la limpiaron los dos primeros días

Me gustaria que pusieran algun tipo de separacion entre la terraza, a veces saliamos y nos habian quitado sillas. Otra cosilla es que la ducha no se podia mover y un fuego de la cocina no funcionaba

Property was immaculate. Very well equipped, lovely breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Handy location in residential area close to supermarket.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was too thin and the ironwork dug into our backs. The sofa bed would have been gone for two small children but not ideal for older teens or adults.

If you need to go to the center it may not be the best location to use public transportation but since I booked this hotel for my family that was visiting me and had a car it was convenient to avoid the traffic of the center and quickly come over to my place from this hotel.

Hotel moderno, pulito, staff gentile, piccola cucina in camera funzionale. Comodo il bus per raggiungere in 30 minuti il centro (il biglietto viene offerto dall’hotel).

La camera da 4 aveva solo 3 sedie.

El personal es muy atento y ayuda con todo. La cocina dentro del apartamento es pequeña, pero muy útil para hacerse algo pequeño. Hay un frigorífico, lo que es útil. Hay una maquina de café y té en la recepción gratis. En autobús se necesita 25 minutos hasta el centro y el lago y van bastante a menudo. Y con el Geneve Transport Card el transporte público es gratuito. La calefacción va muy bien y el baño es muy grande. Las camas son muy cómodos. Y tienen el google chromcast, así que uno puede ver su propio streaming canal a través de la tele de la habitación

La habitación está muy bien, lo qué falta un poco es un sitio dónde comer. Sugerencia para los turistas: preguntad que os manden antes la Geneve transport card. Leí en Internet que haya un ticket gratis de 80 minutos del aeropuerto hasta el centro, pero ya no existe (12/2023) y así nosotras tuvimos que pagar porque no teníamos la transport card antes de la llegada al hotel

Loved the room and the staff were really helpful. Lidl right next door to the hotel. Quiet, spotless room with washing up liquid, pan scourer and tea towel which was great. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. Tram stop right outside hotel for easy access to town centre and airport and of course free transport using the travel card you get. Would stay again.

Kitchen area of room could be better lit. There were no snacks to purchase in the hotel so was able to get hot chocolate but nothing to eat on my evening arrival.

Clean, close to public transport and free coffee/water facilities 24/7. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony wasn’t too bad either.

The room got hot overnight with no alternative to opening the balcony door to help cool us down. But in doing so meant we hear outside noise (planes, traffic etc) that made it slightly difficult to sleep. Thick duvet didn’t help either.
