Breakfast was good and anything asked for was supplied with a smile
Only problem was the privacy when using bathroom. Door in front of washbasin was clear.

Really good value for money, great gym and breakfast was great, lovely clean rooms with everything you could need, location was also walking distance to the shopping centre. Didn’t have high hopes due to it being so cheap but was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return.

Room very funky and modern. Fantastic bathroom facilities with one of the best hotel showers we have used. Comfortable large double bed.
Location, office buildings estate which is further from the Anvil theatre than we anticipated. I have mobility problems and the 5 minute walk we were told by the staff took me a lot longer on one of the warmest nights so far this year. We had difficulty persuading the taxi driver to return to the hotel due to the shortness of the journey, we eventually agreed to pay the minimum charge he would accept. Large gym at the hotel who use the bar which resulted in a mainly young male clientele who treat the area as their clubhouse. This resulted in an uncomfortable atmosphere for my wife and we decided to leave after one drink. The same area is used for breakfast, we decided not to eat due to the cleanliness issues.

A great hotel but just not comfortable with a see-through bathroom door......

Excellent staff to help with check in/out, any issues. Great customer service.
Good decor, style. Room small for a double, and I had booked a twin, but couldn't be bothered to request a change of rooms. Poor on amount of natural day light, small window in bathroom. Clever glass doors from bathroom into room to let in as much day light as possible, though. View of car park, but then not much else around the area.
The bed super comfortable and lovely clean sheets. Huge TV! Clean, modern decor and adequate for a one night stay.
Free parking at the weekend, great!
Really good gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room for £5 a room use.
Lovely lounge area with a small cinema and a Costa. Busy place as must have good level of gym members.
Great location with town, festival place and the Anvil in walking distance.
Would stay again and maybe request a larger window, if that was possible.
Small room, lack of daylight. Quite a busy hotel and one lift was out of order, so made it a long wait. Minor points though....

Hotel and rooms were beautifully clean and had all amenities you’d need during your stay - hair dryer, iron etc. Parking was free during our stay and the car park was huge. Booking late checkout in the morning was easy and good value for money.
The bathroom is completely open, with just a sliding glass door and privacy glass which can be switched off. Not a room for a new relationship or work trip as it can be awkward!
Instead of a phone, they use Alexa’s but ours wasn’t connected to the internet so was unusable. Tried to use the app instead, but couldn’t get past the sign up stay.

Super clean and modern, excellent facilities, breakfast was awesome and great pub downstairs
The bathroom wall was like a smoked glass effect. Really cool but girlfriend could see me on the toilet. To us it was funny but probably not to others.

I didn't have the breakfast and the location was good purely because it was near family we were visiting. I did like the free EV charging, even if it was slow. Pool and sauna were great, jacuzzi was out of order.
The rooms have a weird bathroom set up. The bathroom is behind a transparent screen which turns semi opaque with a switch - located outside the bathroom! The opaque extent does not cover the sink, just the shower and toilet, and mirror arrangement means you can still see into the bathroom. Not very good privacy and would be especially odd if you were sharing with a friend.

The modern feel. I especially love the bathroom glass wall.
