That i slept till morning.
Staff they dont check documentation. Reception sometimes theres no 1. There are no charging points. Staff enter the room without knocking. 5rooms share two showers and two toilets one shower was blocked, both toilets does not have a locking mechanism nor a key. Password signal was poor. No emergency l8ghts during loadshedding. Passages are dark sensors are not working inside units. Not enough space for parking. Screw of wardrobe was popped out.

The care lady was exceptional. The place was very clean and homey. Our room was comfortable. The bathroom was a disaster, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was a disappointment for the price we paid. I don't mind going back if they sort out the repairs

Their rooms are clean and comfy beds.There’s microwave plates pots if you want to cook
Didn’t like fact that toilet and bathroom is separated from the room, now have to meet strangers.

The security was drunk, no proper orientation for the preference.....the stay was horrible....there was so much noise in the building and also you could smell smoke from the reception....
