Large and clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, a nice terrace, a parking spot nearby the building, located in a quiet neighborhood. A washing machine and the AC are a plus.
Difficult to understand how the TV box is working

Good layout
Air on in hall kept making a grinding noise every 5 minutes so it was impossible to keep on during the night otherwise sleep would be impossible. Switched the aircon off and the grind noise continued for some 30 minutes. Duvets were winter duvets, far too heavy for the summer. Not enough big plates, only 3 of which one was dirty. Orange press dirty.
