This place is cozy. We particularly liked the screened in porch for our evening conversations. The outside fire pit (and fire wood) was also relaxing. The houses in the neighborhood are spread out nicely. It is a quiet area. We came in from 3 different states for a family get together and to enjoy this part of North Carolina. We needed someplace to come to each night, and this place worked out beautifully for us. Renee was most accommodating. We have no hesitation to use this place again.

It was everything that was expected. Very clean and well equipped

House was easy to get to, I wouldn't want to stay there is there was snow because the driveway is very steep. The house could have used a little extra attention to cleanliness. Ceiling fans and baseboards very very dusty, food crumbs under the kitchen table, tooth paste on the bathroom mirrors (we have bad allergies so these things are important to us). House is very spacious. Kids loved the game room. House is very well stocked with all the little things that you might need to get you started. We only cooked breakfast and there were plenty of dishes to accomplish this. Lots of extra bed linens which we were thankful for as the basement/1st floor bedroom stays COLD! If you like firm beds, you will sleep well. All in all we had a great stay and would possibly stay at this location again.

Beautiful country location yet convenient to shopping and attractions. The house has ample living space, including a beautiful open porch. Would recommend to others and consider staying again on future trips.

This rental was 3 guys getting together in the mountains for a golf trip. The house has lots of indoor and outdoor space available including a screened in porch and a nice fire pit. The house is really well maintained and the beds were all very comfortable. Situated on a quiet street just minutes off of NC 280, the house is close to golf courses, the parkway, Asheville, Brevard and other towns. I highly recommend this house for rental. Very close to 2 breweries and, if you need take out, the Amazing Pizza Company is about 3 miles away.

A spectacular place to stay. We were going to be late arriving the the owner was nice enough to have the lights on for us to make it easier when we arrived. Out of the way but close enough to stores to get what we needed. We were disappointed to see that they are building many more homes nearby. It's getting harder and harder to find places where technology and housing hasn't taken over.
