This exclusive vacation home is located on the promontory of Zaro on the island of Ischia, with an adjacent park of about 2000 m² and private access to the sea. You can reach an area of the Zaro promontory with pebbles and stones via a private staircase with about 200 steps, from which you can directly reach the crystal clear sea of the bay of San Francesco. The outdoor area is characterized by a large park with gardens, lawns and wooded areas. Available are also terraces with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the sun of Ischia. From the house you can also enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea of the bay of San Francesco (about 80 meters away as the crow flies). Guests have at their disposal outdoor tables with chairs, deck chairs and barbecue, ideal for your outdoor meals. The house has a fireplace; air conditioning and heat pump are available in all rooms. The sandy beach of San Francesco is about 700 meters away and is one of the most beautiful of the island of Ischia. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes (the road is uphill) or by car (about 1200 m). Here you will find paid parking, equipped bathing establishments, stores, typical restaurants with fish and specialties of Ischian cuisine. From the house you can easily reach the center of Lacco Ameno (about 2.7 km) with a beautiful promenade, fashion stores, restaurants, piano bars and typical restaurants. Also worth a visit is the center of Forio d'Ischia (3.5 km) with its marina and historic village where you can rent cars, scooters and bicycles. Nearby is the residence of the English composer Sir William Walton with a park of over 500 rare and exotic plants and an amphitheater where weekly concerts (classical music) are held.
