I stayed here for a total of 3 nights and I had the time of my life. Being apart of the Four Seasons hotel, I was able to use all the amenities that hotel offered including gym, spa, pool and with this room I had the option of going the private pool that have cabanas separate from the hotel guest which is a plus especially for families and couples. Douglas is a top-tier host - he is so accommodating and professional. It was a first class experience, overall it was worth every penny. I’m definitely coming back and strongly recommend!

Great facilities for a fraction of the rack rate.

The bed needs replacing. Very soft and worn. Ok for a three night stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer. Bad back.

This apartment is located in the Four Seasons building, but it is not part of the Hotel, which means that the "service" is not provided by Four Seasons. The fact that you have access to the hotel's facilities is the best part.

First of all, our room was ready at 6pm, not at 3 which was stated at the reservation. Apart from this, the AC was not working, the shower has low water pressure and the kitchen supplies are very limited. Douglas did a good job at fixing most of the problems, but still they were very annoying and should not be present in this kind of property (and price!!).
