They thought of everything! This house looks brand new and just like the pictures, with only a couple minor indications that it’s been rented before. Villatel stocked this house with enough dishes, cups, cookware, and utensils for my party of 16, with considerate extras like a high chair and stepping stool for kids, and there was ample counter and pantry space for everyone’s kitchen needs. Mattresses were really comfortable, there was enough hot water for showers after sweaty park days, there were more than enough pool and bathroom towels for everyone. We also accidentally discovered it’s a very safe neighborhood when we left our rental car door open after unloading the car one night, nothing was missing from our car the next morning (they do have a gate with security). Solara Resort is amazing, kids loved the splash pad area. We didn’t have any issues that we needed to contact Villatel about during our stay, mainly because of all the considerations already in the house, but also because they email a guide to the home’s amenities a few days ahead of time, so we knew way more about the house than just how to unlock the door. There also was a wall-mounted tablet next to the kitchen with the home guide in it, so I didn’t have to keep referring back to my email, everything was right there when I had a question. Everyone in my group was very pleased with this house, and we would definitely stay there again!

The house lives very large! Something for all ages! Plenty of seating! The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at the home.
I was a bit surprised there was no salt and pepper or any seasoning at all. No paper products other than toilet paper.
There was no aluminum foil, plastic wrap etc. We were accustomed for those things to be available and we always left extras for the next family. However that is just an observation not a complaint! Thank you!

Loved this property, just as listing stated. The only thing I would do different next time is not rent the grill, food stuck to it and I would not add heat to pool/hot tub. Hot tub wasn’t getting hot so I called. The next day the hot tub was hot but the pool was also so hot we couldn’t swim in it. But overall a great stay!

We stayed as 4 families of friends, a total of 8 adults and 11 children ages 5-11. We had a blast and the property is as pictured. The heated pool and spa were great and the kids were hardly out of it. Great location near many local attractions with good on site activities and offerings. We will be back for another stay someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful with so much to do! My kids (5 & 2) loved the games and jungle gym upstairs and they were SO excited to sleep in their very own princess room! While my girls were more into the princess room the Mario room was also amazing! We were blown away by how much space we had in the house. We spent 3 days at Disney parks and the 20 minute drive there felt quick and easy. On our down time between parks we used both the private pool at the house and the community pool. Both were wonderful. The only issue we came across was the WiFi and cable being out when we arrived, but one quick call and the problem was fixed almost immediately. We really had the best time here and have already talked about trying to stay in this same house again! I can’t recommend this place enough!!

This house was perfect! Was exactly as listed. It was spacious and had plenty for the kids to do. We paid the extra fee for the hot tub and were glad we did. We had a couple issues (broken dishwasher, couldn’t get the theatre room TV to work) but the team was super responsive and wonderful. We have no complaints!

Mcgarr family vacation 2022
This place was amazing, so much to do for the entire family. Would highly recommend. Our only complaint was checking time was supposed to be 4, pm I received a text at 2:00 pm that the house would not be ready until 5:30. This was very disappointing as we had all flown in that morning, lots of luggage and fresh groceries. When we arrived at the house it was better than the pictures. We had a few issues with a few of the arcade games. I sent a text and that afternoon Eric from maintenance came and fixed all the issues. It was a wonderful vacation and look forward for our next trip. Thanks again

We have 5 children and it takes alot to keep them entertained. This house was perfect offered so much, they loved every part of it. We loved everything about this house! Each family had their own bathroom and the rooms for the little girls/boys were perfect! Beds were so comfortable after long days in the parks. The media room was spectacular! The bigger babies loved watching movies on the big screen and the floor area was perfect for the crawling babies!
However, there was a HUGE downside to our stay. As soon as we walked into the house, I could tell it had not been cleaned. There was hair and debris all over the floors. The carpets and stairs had food crumbs everywhere. I took my two-year-ok’d granddaughter to the bathroom (toilet had a paper strip on it indicating that it had been cleaned). I lifted the lid and there was dried pee all over the seat. (Toilet had never been wiped down). Within 10 minutes of walking barefoot inside the house, her little feet were black on the bottoms. I called the office to report the filth. They sent out a tech to inspect. He was shocked that the house had not been cleaned. Running a hand over the glass top dining table, he had a very obvious layer of dust on it. Further inspection upstairs showed more unvacuumed rooms and hair on the tile floors. They promised someone would be out first thing the next morning to properly clean the house. No one ever showed, so at lunchtime, I began sweeping and mopping floors so when the rest of our party arrived, the house would be clean. It was filthy. I even found a little pill on one bathroom floor. I looked it up and it was a prescription anti-anxiety pill. Can’t even imagine if one of the babies had found it! Called the office and left a message that I had cleaned the house myself. Never got a call back. At bedtime, my daughter turned down the bedcovers and the comforter had dried blood smears all over it. We had to take a comforter from another room to put on her bed.
Overall, our stay was great. However, based on the conditions that we found the house in and the lack of consideration on the part of management, we will not be staying at a Villatel property in the future.

The cookware leaves much to be desired and the garbage policy is strange, having to fit it all into a very small container, especially considering that the home is meant to accommodate very large groups. The property management was VERY responsive to any calls or needs, excellent customer service. Overall we loved our stay and plan to be back!

The great pictures do not do justice, the house is that much more amazing to see in person. We were in a big group and the house accommodated everyone comfortably! This place is amazing, don’t think twice reserve it!
