THINGS TO KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING: -This unit is located in a hotel but is privately owned. This means room service & linen service are NOT available for this unit. -Towels, linens, & clothes will need to be washed by the guests during their stay utilizing the onsite coin/credit card operated washers and dryers. - The property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. - No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. -This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional non-refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
