Situated in Sóller, this attractive villa for $941 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Excellent house for 6 people, located in privileged surroundings, amidst the woods and mountains but only a little bit more than 1 km from Sóller village. This precious Majorcan stone construction stands out of a large area covered of a wild garden with all sorts of beautiful plants and flowers and breathtaking views to the mountains. In front of the house, an amazing area invites our guests to have a breakfast, sunbathe on one of the 4 sun beds and swim in the beautiful salt water pool -that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.6 metres- or enjoy a flute of champagne accompanied by the landscape. Then, you have a furnished porch to make a delicious barbecue. There are immediate neighbours. The property is a three-storey house. On the main floor, you will find a living room, perfect to chat all together or watch satellite TV. Then, you gain access to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with induction and gas worktop and direct output to the outside. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are right here. This floor is completed with a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Keep in mind that the privacy of this room is partial because there is no door, only a curtain. Going upstairs, you have access to another bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. On the last floor, there is the last bedroom with a double bed, air conditioner and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Here we can provide you a cot and there is also a high chair. Sóller is one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of the island. There are all sorts of supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. Actually, Sóller traditionally-produced ice-creams are particularly well-known. By tram or even by bus you can get to Puerto de Sóller and have a good time in that marvellous beach. It is only 3.3 km far away from the house. In this area, there are lots of interesting excursions and tours to relax and discover the real Sierra de Tramuntana. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars. Distances Beach: 3.3 km - Port de Sóller Airport: 31.1 km - Son Sant Joan Golf course: 16.2 km - Golf Son Termes Town: 1.3 km - Sóller Train station: 22.8 km - Palma Bus stop: 0.70 km - Sóller Ferry: 28.1 km - Palma Hospital: 25.5 km - Son Espases Tourist license: ETV/9391 The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. The location was great, minutes walk into town and 10min simple drive to Soller Port. The swimming was lovely and the owner let us stay later and use it while waiting for our flight. Plenty of room for indoor & outdoor dinning. We had a great two weeks.

The stay in Villa Frontera was nice. We were a group of 5 people and we enjoyed the island a lot. The villa is an authentic finca, which exposed some positive features to us. The house has a beautiful garden and pool area, which we used a lot. The garden offers fresh oranges and lemons. A huge benefit of this house is the short distance to the city of Sóller. It’s just a 5 min walk and you are in the city center. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. But there are also some small downsides of the house. The kitchen could be better equipped, especially for a larger number of people, like we were (e.g. small electric kettle, small coffee machine, small pots and only a few wine glasses). The sun lounger could get some additional parasols and some new chairs for the outer section would make it even more comfortable. The host was friendly and even when the refrigerator was broken, she provided quick help and got it fixed immediately.
