the ac unit did not heat the property needs rearranging to add a small table and chairs as we ate in most nights it was too cold to eat outside the fridge badly needed defrosting

The living area was way too small to be called a living room so a little uncomfortable. The kitchenette didn’t have enough facilities to make a descent home meal and, also competed with the living room for space. It was just too small for the amount of money for the stay,

Owner lives upstairs and adjoins as well. Found out by accident that there is an adjoining door off the entry hall Into to the owners property that locks from his side only !! Cannot be locked from the guests side. Meaning the owner has access 24/7 even while guests are staying there. Unusual and very intimidating. This is legally circumspect. The owner said he would not use that access whilst we were staying there. But that is not the point !! What we thought was a storeroom door was the owners second access to his property other than his garage.

Location, quality, comfort. Very well equipped.

Uncomfortable settee. In cold weather there are no dining chairs/table indoors and the facilities on the veranda are not usable; minor inconvenience and not an issue for much of the year when the weather is warmer.

Location right on forest edge was fantastic

We liked the simple design, the lovely deck and the bath tub. It was a great central location, easy to access and for parking. It had everything we needed.

The bathroom was poorly ventilated which meant after 2 showers it was very wet, foggy mirror etc and it might cause issues long term. Also there was a drip when it was raining that was loud when you were trying to sleep. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Perfect location any time of the year, beautiful views of the trees. 10 minute walk in to town. Close to a lot of walk/cycle trays

Upon arrival we parked in the driveway but was shocked when the garage door opened and some strange man told us to move the car and park right in front of the front door, didn’t realise he was upstairs with a noisy footsteps and barking dog. There was a cockroach in the bed (bed made tightly and nicely, insect inside the sheets. As it was raining out clothes were wet so washed and dried them using the facilities, the dryer wasn’t working and after about 10 minutes reading the book realised it had a water tank to empty, when I emptied the water it went in to the bath tub but the plug was in, I tried to remove plug (push system plug) and a lot of dead bugs came up from the drain. Couch was unbelievably uncomfortable, couldn’t sit there for long, tv was tiny, very stuffy apartment and noisy from upstairs

The bath was big enough for 2 people. 😊 it's very private with everything you need a stunning view of the Forrest.

The rain shower is amazing it just needs a screen or curtain to help the drainage.

There was no dining table disappointed
