Peaceful luxury looking out over the sea - Bliss

I stayed in an executive suite and the accommodation was superb - the room was massively spacious and had everything I could possibly need for a luxurious stay. Bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable and having a personal terrace / outdoor eating area and little pool just for me was a real bonus. The restaurant, with its incredible sea views served an excellent range of food and the staff throughout the whole resort were superb, consistently going out of their way to provide a top-quality experience. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Many reviewers have mentioned the location of the property as being a negative. I can see how a little forward planning was needed but it wasn't an issue for me as whenever I was planning on going 'offsite', it was easy enough to make arrangements to get down from the mountainside location. One or two features within the rooms are beginning to show their age (little touches like marks on mirrors and scratches on doors etc) but these are purely cosmetic and did not impinge on my enjoyment of my stay.

FantastIc if the goal for your trip is to chill. Not for you if the goal is explore Samui.

Roomy, comfortable, modern. 'Million dollar' view from the condo with a great patio. Nice restaurant and ample swimming pools. Also a nice gym which was very convenient to our room.

The location lends itself to a different Koh Samui experience. You need a car to get around and it's a bit of a drive to get to anywhere. Also, as it's on a mountain, Google Maps doesn't work (as we've noticed for other mountain destinations in Samui). Call the hotel first and get directions 'old school' style.

Holpriger Start aber dennoch sehr schön

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Aussicht. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Unsere gebuchte Executive Suite hatte leider ein Problem mit Insekten im Bett. Diese hatten sich wohl im Bettkasten eingenistet und sind von dort aus rausgekommen. Das ist uns allerdings erst gegen 22:30 Uhr aufgefallen. Da die Rezeption leider nur bis 22:00 Uhr arbeitet mussten wir somit die Nacht auf dem Sofa verbringen da es einfach zu eklig war im Bett zu schlafen. Wir hatten dann aber Bilder an die Rezeption geschickt und haben am nächsten Tag ein gratis Upgrade auf die Garden Suite erhalten. Diese war sehr groß und sauber. Alles in allem hatten wir einen holprigen Start aber dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt dort.

A fantastic resort to chill out and destress.

The views, the apartment, the staff, the quietness, the gym…

The only thing is the climb up the mountain, but without it you would not have all the good things!

Too rustic for a comfortable stay

The room was very spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. The on site restaurant had a diverse menu and the food was good, if a little pricey.

The location was not easily accessible. Even though a truck taxi was available, it was not a safe or comfortable ride to the bottom of the hill. The road was narrow and winding and dangerous during rain, which stopped us from leaving the hill more than once. Food prices seemed a bit high. We had 3 power outages on 2 nights & if we hadn’t had our phones for a flashlight would’ve been unable to move. We were told there was a short circuit causing the outage(s).

Nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Lage nicht zentral. Wer Ruhe möchte kann kommen, jedoch sollte vorab Powerbanks geladen werden.

Sehr Exclusive und eigener Pool.

Strom fiel jeden Abend aus und man konnte niemand erreichen, in einem 5-Sterne Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel. Es kam auch keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung.

Unglaublich tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und toller Service. Perfekt um zu entspannen.

Unglaubliche Aussicht. Toller Service und großzügige Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war traumhaft schön mit einer großen Badewanne und dusche. 2 Toiletten. Der eigene Pool auf der Terrasse rundet den luxuriösen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft ab. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service perfekt.

Die Unterkunft ist schwer zu erreichen, da sie auf dem Berg liegt. Die Unterkunft bietet mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service an, den wir auch gerne genutzt haben. Der Strand in der Nähe ist nicht besonders schön, sodass man am besten ein Auto oder Roller leiht um die Insel zu erkunden.

They do nothing to care about you

It doesn’t worth its price since rooms are very old, looks like never renovated No sockets at all so to charge you have to go upstairs WiFi doesn’t work and nobody did nothing for it It is first time I have seen that hotel charges you if you leave after 12 pm. It is the most awful about the place, they are too greedy and don’t respect hospitality. Never recommend to stay there. Staff is quite nice but all this rules. So I left earlier and had to be in rush And I was asking something against mosquitos but never received it All this bedrooms on the first floor feel like you live in basement

An excellent experience at Panorama

The private pool and massive room were the selling points! Absolutely incredible views at sunrise/sunset, really proving the "Panorama" name. The room had two bathrooms, and two TV's. The staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. The residence also has scooter rentals available which helped out a lot! The room is a lot bigger in person, very spacious.

The location is up on the mountain and is not walkable. There is a very convenient shuttle provided going up and down pretty frequently, and tours do still pick you up from the hotel, but getting up and down at night, you need a car/ride share service

Great view, great staff

Very beautiful with good attention to detail. Staff are lovely and accommodating very much.

The hotel is on a very high hill, it's very good for the view, it is amazing. but make sure to rent a 4x4 car for a safer trip up and down the hill.

Overall, it’s a nice stay. Although it’s located uphill, but there is free shuttle bus to bring us to the main road.

The sea view is beautiful, the staffs are very friendly, approachable and considerate. One day we came back late, the security was waiting for us at the entrance to send us back to our room by buggy. We really appreciated this kind action 😊

The doors in the room are very difficult to close tight and makes a lot of noise when closing them. The water from the shower head is too strong for young child to shower.

A wonderful place to spend our anniversary!

the view was amazing, restaurant food and service was very good and staff was helpful and friendly! Very large suite. Staff even arranged for flowers to be in our room for my wife for our anniversary!

on the whole lovely appointments.

very spacious, everything you could need. could be amazing with some TLC ! the bar and communal areas were lovely. Trip down to the road is very steep the hotel do offer a shuttle service on a timetable but last one back is before 8pm

smelt of damp. view from balcony looked onto the back of the block in front. could only just see the sea a bit disappearing. when I requested a change in room staff were not very helpful .I was told the two bedroom apartments are more up to date and have better views.

Never anymore will book this hotel . Bad experience.I don’t advise to book this ABANDONED hotel for vacation.

I like only Photos in Booking , unfortunately, hotel looks differently in reality. Pleasant stuff.

Apartment looks dirty,smells awfully, conditioner doesn’t work properly(very noisy), no bucket garbage (that’s strange) .Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening (because of location) . If u are going to rent hotel‘s motorbike, please, don’t do it - Very bad quality and it is very dangerous for your lives.

Extrordinary value, it feels opulent, peaceful, and calming.

The view is to die for. I mean it's just magnificently, spectacular. I stayed in a seaview suite. 2 HUGE bedrooms and one very large. Extremely comfortable for a family. Extremely peaceful and quiet, restaurant is very reasonably priced. The suite is literally bigger than my house. So much room that staying with others, everyone can find their own little nook and not be on top of one another. Staff without exception were so friendly, efficient and helpful.

The location, although magnificient, it's a ways from Koh Samui town. That's not a slight on the accomodation. It's just the reality. If you want to go anywhere it's a motorbike/taxi ride up a huge hill. Not a problem with singles. Parents with kids might find it more of a challenge. Poor water pressure. It takes an hour to fill the bath, literally, not figuratively. Not the biggest complaint. Walls doors were a little grubby. Don't know if needed a paint or just a clean. It's not terrible but it needed a clean.

The 3 bedroom suite was really good especially the view from the balcony & the swimming pool.

The 2 bedroom suite was a disaster as firstly it was on the ground floor, the 2nd bedroom had an open toilet/bathroom without any doors or partition... And there was no internet for the entire stay...
