This condo has so much potential to be a great one but needs extensive cleaning and updating. When we arrived the process to check in was seamless and that was nice. However, when we got into the condo, the rug in the living room was filthy and the furniture was also quite visibly dirty. The carpet in the bedroom had fancy/gum stuck in carpet. The tub in the master would not drain. The view was amazing. The pool and beach were excellent. However, the furniture on the balcony was not as pictured. They had broken chairs and spindles that had caution tape wrapped around them because they were broken. This property would be wonderful with a little TLC and some updating. The staff were very prompt to address our concerns.

Refrigerator leaked our entire stay. Did notify the management group to which they had notified the maintenance group and no one came to fix it. No follow up either. Railings had bent pieces on them with caution tape around them. Not a good idea to rent to people with a toddler running around and only caution tape up! Patio furniture is rusted out and wobbly. Stains on carpets and bed spreads. It made due for the week but not a great place to stay. The complex was good though. Great pool and great view. Just fix things up and put out non-stained carpets and bed spreads!

Room was very nice. Plenty of room for the family, but there were a couple issues. It is on the 10th floor and the railing is damaged in multiple spots on the balcony. There is caution tap wrapped around two spots, where the slats were bent or broken. The bedroom door going to the balcony wouldn't lock, so it was a stressful week. I would recommend the room for any family or group that doesnt have small children.

This unit was dated and not as clean as I expected. Carpet in common area was stained and caution tape on railing of balcony caused some concern. Love the Watercrest is a lovely building with a nice pool and deck area. Elevators and building very clean. Enjoyed the location with many good restaurants near by. Would not rent this unit again.

Great location. Needs new rug and carpet! Also the kitchen was not stocked with pans. Also the drawers in the kitchen were broken, so it was hard to pull out the drawers. Needs updating for the price you pay!

We arrived and were shocked.... The place had broken lamps, microwave, ceiling tiles, Balcony furniture was torn up,you couldnt even sit in the chairs ... The living room furniture was very dirty. The rugs and carpet extremly dirty. Even the dishes in cabinets were dirty and had debris in them. The beds had no mattress covers and are stained , They also were not very comfy. Pillows were stained and old. This condo is the worst condition , I ever have been to , I have been traveling for 30 years. The beach and pool area were very nice. loved the view from the balcony . The customer service was helpful, they tried to clean what they could , but overall it was not a good experience , While on vacation and trying to get things taken care of was very frustrating. I was there to relax , not worry about the condition of our home for the week.

Location and view are very nice. Right on the beach. Balcony chairs to table are broken down. Looks like you would fall through the seat and no lounge
chairs as pictured. Would be great if balcony furniture was replaced. Couple small things need addressed like dripping sink, mold on shower curtain and outlet not functioning in master bed/bathroom.

This was our 4th time renting this condo. It is a very nice place to stay but I do have to say, improvements need to be made. New patio furniture is a must. What is there is broken or falling apart. The master bed needs a new mattress and the master bathroom sink has a constant drip. Again. I want to say it is a nice place it just needs a little updating.

Had a minor issue with our keypad for the front door. Made one phone call and someone was there within 30 minutes and fixed it for us. For 4 adults it was plenty of space. Clean, comfortable, wonderful view of the ocean and PCB on the back side of the condo. We didn't love the trash truck at 4:30 or 5 am every day but that's not the management's fault. The beach was perfect and steps away. We came the week after Thanksgiving which is the beginning of the off-season (we weren't aware of that) so there were a few places that were closed. There was no shortage of options for eating and recreation though. Overall we had a great experience and can't wait to visit again soon.

My wife and I, along with a few family members, come down every year for our anniversary. We were happy to see such a clean and spacious condo when we arrived. The mattress in the master bedroom squeaks some..but is actually very comfortable. It even made my wife's back pain subside the first day. One of the "asks" of my wife is a large balcony. This condo has a large wrap around balcony so that was great. It even has a balcony off the 2nd bedroom. The only issues we noticed was the door to the laundry was broken and the balcony furniture. The furniture shown in the pictures is not what is on the balcony (just a table and 4 chairs..and 2 chairs and a small table between) and the condition of the balcony furniture was pretty bad (brittle wicker breaking off, or missing altogether). If that was taken care of...it would be a 5 star rating on every scale. Great place to stay..highly recommended..even with its current faults.

It was well after we checked in and going into the next night when we noticed the problems listed. Vacuum this place please! (pretzels and chips were on the carpets and under the ottoman) clean master bathroom shower drain of all the hair so it will drain. Replace that mattress, we have been married for decades and that mattress is older than Methuselah! We went into the other bedroom to sleep. We did not call the management at ECDI. You have one chance to get this right and we did not have time to have people come in an clean after we had unpacked all our things. We left after three days. I left a message to let you know we left. No one bothered to call us to find out why.

No instructions for auto door lock. just knowing code was not enough. Your coffee maker needed cleaning. Good thing we travel with a Mr. Coffee.
Clothes dryer does not work.
Deck furniture is old, tearing up and rusted.
Mattress is urine stained in Master.
Ceiling fan in living room is so wobbley that we thought it was going to fall. So couldn't use it.
Mold on safety bar in tge tub in hall bath.
Att furniture needs a good cleaning or replaced.
All lamps and chandelier are terrible. 3way sockets need 3way bulbs.
TV provider is a joke.
Paper products need upgrading.
Not a good anniversary trip. We left a day early.

The property is very nice. The view, the overall layout, and convenience. The cleanliness was way below average. The main bathroom was very dirty, the bathtub had not been cleaned at all, and the toilet base and floor around that area had not been swept or mopped. The living room area rug, as well as the bedroom carpet, had not been vacuumed. The glass in the whole unit had not been cleaned including the sliding doors that led to the balcony. The pots and pans used for cooking could use an upgrade as most of them have permanent stains on them and some were warped so much they would not lay flat on the stove to even use.

This unit is very spacious with room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample bath towels, dishes, and starter packs of products. The pictures online showed a lot of deck furniture; that wasn't the case. There was a broken down table with 4 chairs and a couple of lower chairs. The unit was mostly clean upon arrival, but the stove was disgusting with grease and some sort of dust all over it. Additionally, there was a huge bag of soiled towels left in the room by housekeeping (I assume). We called maintenance and told them that we were putting the bag outside the door. They sat there all week! Lastly, the air conditioning was off when we arrived and would not come on. Apparently a breaker was blown by a part that needed to be replaced outside the room. It took a couple of calls to get someone to come and turn fix it. It was over 80 degrees in the unit by then. Other than those issues, it was a very nice week.

This condo was everything we expected.. Very quit on this end of town! This condo has the biggest balcony for view of the beach/ocean or you can walk to the side balcony and view out towards Thomas drive, also had another balcony from one of the rooms even though we didn't utilize it it was there! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean condo. Short walk to the beach. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Elevators was never a long wait. Very pleased with our stay here. We will definitely stay here again.

The kitchen sink had a leak underneath the cabinet that we didn’t discover until our last day there. Looked like it wasn’t the first time it had leaked. The location was great! Further away from all of the huge condo complexes, the the beach wasn’t as crowded. We enjoyed the pool. The condo was very clean. The size of the balcony was awesome!
A few annoyances:
The hot tub was out of commission for several days. Only one of the elevators worked a few of the days.
The condo does have some beach chairs and an umbrella in the spare bedroom closet. They should let you know that before you go.
The furniture was comfortable, but we wished there were lounge chairs on the balcony.
Overall, we would recommend this place.

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was an enjoyable stay. The condo had some issues, mostly in the kitchen, broken cabinets and a little dirty. The view is one of the best I've ever seen. Not all condo rentals come with the beach chairs & umbrella's - this one does not, the cost to us would have been $10/person. We bought chairs & umbrella instead and had a wonderful time at the beach. I do highly recommend this condo rental.

Very nice large condo. Great location. Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Not dirty but could be better. We found a dirty pan in the oven, an empty liquor bottle in the cabinet and empty soap wrappers in the bathroom. We would definitely stay again.

We arrived to the property at 4, the place was clean and since they had already sent the code to get in we found it easy to go into the room. Now they didn’t tell us how to lock the door when you leave. You have to put the code in and then turn the lock. We ate out a lot but kitchen seemed to be fully stocked. Washer worked great but dryer took a little longer to dry and had a terrible squeaking noise. Watercrest takes pride in keeping there property maintained. The people that work their are nice and stay busy. The bathrooms were great. Be careful with the water, it took a minute to heat up but when it did it would get HOT! The view was gorgeous. Having a condo on the end gave us privacy. Overall we were impressed by this condo and would definitely stay here again.
