Very kind and friendly hosts, good location (uphill, less perfect if you don't have a car but we managed to get up and down quite easly anyway) with fantastic views, comfortable rooms and good price.

Great location outside the center of Theth but amazing view of the valley! Super quiet and clean. Lovely owners who care very much and prepared great homemade food for breakfast and dinner. Car recommended as it is about one hour down to the valley to start further hikes.

Freskia is in an excellent location, the views from the property are superb. Christian and his family are super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plenty.

Location is great, you have a good view over the valley. Staff was friendly, there was always one person who could speak English. The food was okay - fresh milk and yoghurt were nice but all in all it was rather dry and not overwhelming.

Worst thing: the floors are not isolated. That means if somebody is staying in the bedroom above yours (the house has 2 Floors) - you will hear everything, every step, every conversation. And that can be quite annoying if you want to sleep.

The room was very cold, no heating The breakfast - is very odd. Only somekind of donuts. With jam, honey, juice and milk. And that is it. Not a good meal before a day of walking. We did not like it. The Wifi does not get to the rooms at all. We had to stay in the dining room to have internet

very far away from the town center and all of the trails in Theth, if you don’t have a car it’s best to not book here as it’s about 1.5 hour walk down or up the hill. free breakfast didn’t include coffee which was a little disappointing for the price. you could hear everything the people below you were saying or doing in the guesthouse

Location was amazing, Kristjan and his family are so friendly, the food was tasty! Waking up here in the morning is just unbeatable!

Unfortunately the house is not soundproof at all! I heard the guests on the floor above me so clearly, one could’ve thought they were standing in my room! Ofcourse this is also due to some guests not having respect towards other guests in the house. But also it’s just loud no matter who stays in the floor above!

The position is really good, the staff is great! All the meals were fantastic, traditional and made with local and fresh food! Absolutely recommended even for camping. The staff speaks Italian, English and Spanish

booking this place you will get amazing views to whole valley! exceptional. also extremely Nice staff waited us as we came late in the evening. we booked rooms, but you can stay in camp… our room was with breakfast and we were served with delicious Homemade albanian pancakes? not sure exactly :)) totally recommend

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic view. Such a peaceful place. We liked to be away from the village. There are four rooms in the house. The room is basic with a private bathroom yet we spent most of the time outdoors so it was enough for us. Washing machine is available for extra fee. Delicious dinner. The owners live on the spot and are always willing to help.

We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor (4 beds). If someone stayed in the apartment on the upper floor (3 beds), we could hear everything. But I should say 1) this is common to all properties in Theth 2) the place is popular among the pro-campers who stay overnight in their own tents/vans so the house is usually empty

Best location, surrounded by mountains, quiet and secluded from the more bustling village, yet directly reachable by car. Most friendly owners, rooms newly renovated /built, great facilities. Comfortable, quiet, perfect.

There's nothing not to like about this place.
