The appartement is already well used and should be maintained more often if it is at all maintained. The shower really needs some improvement.
The cleanliness was not that great either. It seemed that the cleaning lady did not have enough time to clean

The beach is nice and 2 min of walk. Lots of restaurants but they are a bit expensive and dirty. In city centre you will find better restaurants for good value of money. Definitely will come back to Malaga but will choose different accommodation.
In photos you will see a nice and clean apartments, but in reality it's dirty and old. I found lots of hair on the floor, the cupboard where the floor brush is, is dirty and dusty. Kitchen is old and greasy, bathroom needs a good renovation. The sofa is dirty as well. The view from apartment is horrible, you will see a dirty roof with a lot of rubbish. You need to request a cleaning service to clean your apartment, otherwise it with remain as it is. The size of apartment for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) is ok, enough space.

The location was very good and easy to get to Malaga city centre. Nice beaches and restaurants nearby. No need to use air conditioning as it was quite cold in the apartment. After long day you can sit and relax on the couch.
In general it was clean and comfy but there were places that should be cleaned better or upgraded. For example I found some hair inside the fridge plus the shelves and dishes weren't properly washed and the silicone in the bathroom was mouldy. Also there was a weird smell like from a sewage especially upstairs which made our stay unpleasant form time to time. No oven but there's microwave that we used instead.

location was very noisy as apis on street level. kitchen very poorly equipped, internet not working for 2 days, very small double bed, uncomfortable bathroom with super small sink in the shower cubicle, door not closing properly. in kitchen NO hot water

Great little apartment in a quiet street moments from the fantastic seafront. Useful kitchen area with stove top, microwave and washing machine.

The neighbourhood is incredibly BEAUTIFUL. The street the building is located on is very pretty, small local neighbourhood with old, pastel-colored buildings. Literally 2min to the beach. The apartment is pretty big, doesn't feel claustrophobic. They give you 2sets of shampoo and shower gel, also enough toilet paper for your stay. They give you more than enough of towels which is a +. Carrefour is around 10min of walking away. The location is pretty good, the buses to the center are going all the time, you won't wait more than 10min.
I don't fully trust the laundry machine 😂 but it probably did the job. The netflix didn't work on both TVs

We were expecting something much better based on the pictures. The apartment was dirty (specially the bathroom) and overall it wasn't a nice experience.

Very good communication, great location 1 minute walk from the beach, like 30 minutes walk to the centre of the city, lots of nice restaurants around, spacious flat. Very clean. Will definitely recommend.
Some of the furniture was a bit flimzy, but nothing major, overall very good apartment.

The location is quite good and just 200m away from the beachfront with lots of restaurants and a nice sceneary. The apartment is good if you are two people who need to work as well, as you have a working desk downstairs and another table upstairs.
When we arrived the apartment was not ready and there were no towels blankets etc. It was hard to reach someone after we checked in (on a saturday at 5pm), but could sort everything out after 2 hours.
The dishes were still dirty and basic equipment such as a pan, scissors or washing powder for the washing machine were still missing. On the listing it also shows curtains for the bedroom, but there weren`t any so the light from the street light shines directly into your face when lying in bed
I was also surprised by a 150€ deposit we had to pay additionally to the price we paid on booking before we could check-in

Location always just a minute walk from the beach.
Toilet didn’t flush, and took them 4 days to get someone to come and fix it. No outside space. Only window looked out over roof tops.

The shower was hot and a decent sized cubicle- no tiny shower+curtain combo.
The kitchen had everything.
The fan upstairs was great- switched off the a/c before going to bed and the fan kept me comfortable.
This studio isn't suitable for everyone because the mezzanine ceiling is very low and the stairs are steep. I managed because I left my suitcase downstairs as I was there alone but I couldn't have got it up and down.
I also had to wash all the kitchen crockery & utensils because they were greasy.
