Nice location and room for younger people.

The quiche was very good. Carlos was helpful.

I didn’t realize that it was one bed, I slept on the floor and in the chair, but because it was thru booking.com I couldn’t cancel or change rooms. We are in our seventies with problems with our back and knees, and our room was on the third floor, no elevator! I fell on the steps trying to get up. The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly until someone below us flushed.

A very nice place to stay with a group of people with dogs.

We stayed at the piolet house which had bathroom issues which was leaking into the kitchen ceiling. The staff was great and compensated us because we could not use the second bathroom with seven guests staying at the house. The twin bed mattress was horrible with the springs visible. I did tell management that info. Also the room is small and very hard to use trundle bed. The yard very nice for a dog.

Not what I imagined the place to be. I wouldn’t stay there or in that area again. we are in our 50’s and were bored to d

not much. There is nothing to do unless you fish or have a boat. the town is so small. 1 1/2 hours to civilization. The only staff we saw or met was the woman at the check in.

. my food was thrown away in the only shared refrigerator and we literally were the only ones there. The room was so small, didn’t have a mini fridge.

quintessential, B & B, on the beautiful peninsula of Rockhall, Maryland.

scenic, cozy with plenty of cute/cool little touches all over the property. staff was there when we needed, and discreet when not.

It was just what we needed. Quiet,refreshing. We loved pool and bikes

It was tasty

Had to wait for clean beach towels. When restaurants was open, not enough healthy items to choose from Air conditioning was down too low, couldn’t adjust!

Nice location, nice room & shared kitchen, recommend better directions if guests arrive after 6 PM

Nice location, nice room - would be good for multi night stay with the kitchen, and laundry facilities.

We arrived after 6:00. I had called about 3, and was told the key was to be in the Manor House mail box along with the cell phone number for problems. It wasn't there. However there were keys for two other people, and I asked one for the cell phone number so I could call and get my key. Someone then came and gave it to me. At the Boat house, as there were two key lock holes on the door, I assumed my key would open the door. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out there was a fop on the key ring. I realize the breakfast was continental, but the main dish had one serving left at 9:00 AM. The paper plates ran out, and I had to search for napkins. Also in the room, someone forgot to flush, so toilet was dirty. Recommend more staff to address 3 issues and better written directions along with cell phone number if arriving after 6:00 PM

We were at Habour Haven for Valentine's day and loved the room and property so we decided to come back in the summer with nicer weather.

We had such a great experience the first time we decided to come back. We rented the same exact room and were disappointed this time. We had to search for an ice bucket for one thing. The most disappointing part was when I was ready to use the jacuzzi tub that we paid extra for, the water was barley coming out then completely stopped in the tub, shower and sink. We called the number for any issues and she said they needed to change the filter and it would be fixed in about a half an hour. When the water finally worked the Jetts didn't work!! We called again and maintenance couldn't come out until the morning and we only stayed one night 😕

Nice breakfast. Location and view awesome. Room, bathroom super clean. Representative was very courteous and addressed our needs with one call. Awesome.

A gem of a place to stay

The location is excellent. It is immaculately kept. The free use of nicely kept bikes. The pool looks very nice but we ran out of time to use it. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to chose from including hot & cold cereals,fruit,bagels. To top it off Breakfast choices even included fresh made apple French toast, ham & vegie quiche & another egg dish. My compliments to the chef. Best French toast & quiche I ever had. Staff is very personable & helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very Nice

The Inn is beautiful. I really liked all the options for meeting others - there were numerous spaces to meet up with friends, other than in the room.

I had booked a Queen bed and a Balcony. We did not get this. We had a double bed and NO balcony. We were on the road side of the property when I was supposed to overlook the marina.

Nice area , very clean and friendly staff

Nice room , small but that’s ok. 3 rd floor lots of steps - should have been warned ( wife has lung issue). Also has sky light above bed with no shade. Hard if you like to go to Bed before dark

2 different people smoking in our enclosed balcony, smoke came into our room, not pleasant!

Exceptional

Breakfast and facilities including room was great. We had a wonderful time and its perfect for a couple get away. We would definitely come back again.

Batteries to remote ceiling fan did not work. There could have been more towels.
