very unique and with character . spatial room and bathroom . just beautiful. great breakfast. everything is very clean. very comfortable bed

no hair dryer in room. because the Villa is old , acoustic is not very good , but it is still worth it.

Beautiful location, love the history of the palace, amazing food, good value considering how special it is! Comfy bed, good shower, ace breakfast. Friendly staff! Lounge in Swiss villa is amazing, so cozy, great to have the kitchen to make teas etc. Too

Swiss villa is noisy due to being old and you can hear everything from upper floors if on ground floor. Maybe some sound proofing would help? Likewise with doors shutting, could do with sound softeners on the doors. Not a problem if other guests are considerate but that wasn't the case for one of the nights we stayed.

The restaurant is really good! Staff was really friendly.

Very thin walls in the building, we hear all the guests talking in the other rooms and outside. Plus there was a party on the first floor, so there were people talking out loud just outside our window, it felt inside the room even with the windows closed. And the party went on until later than reasonable (after 11pm). It was hard to fall asleep and not really a relaxing experience as we expected.

Really picturesque place right on the North sea. Didn't expect to find this kind of facilities at such a location.Coming by boat would be wonderful.

The reastaurant was nice, but service was slow. This could have been due to covid related limitations.
