1 Spectrum Street is terrific for those who like to park the car on arrival and walk to shops, restaurants and the many bars and fun spots in Rainbow. So nice to trot across the street, down the steps onto the patrolled beach for a swim, fish or surf. Really nice spot.

Central to everything, beautiful coastal breeze, quiet and relaxing place.

it is very tired, old pillows, old quilts, damaged kitchen sink, great location but needs a major clean up

great, right next door to hotels and eateries. right on the beach, close to everything we like to do. lovely yard and outdoor areas. parking for our vehicles terrific. property had heaps of room for 6

could have done with an ensuite upstairs. everything else perfect

Location is excellent. Very roomy and cool with Air conditioners running. Having the Wifi and the smart TV made life so much easier. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped.

bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.

Location is unbeatable. Has everything you need. Plenty of useable outdoor space.

Kitchen facilities such as frypans etc are a bit old and scratched and needing replacement.

Dinning room chairs are very low and extremely uncomfortable, most of the lounges could be upgraded

Can't beat the location and value for money
